Trash the manager kept telling me she can show me how to do it from my phone and I can go home and do all of it myself I actually had questions and was concerned about my phone being hacked she never once looked at me always had her head down ?

In and out in 30 mins. The technical team helped me resolve an issue with my Sim card. We had to jump through a few hoops, but my phone is working again.

I went last week to upgrade. Hands down, the best experience I've had with their customer service. Dustin was very helpful, patient, and took care of me very well. I left with a smile, wonderful new Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra, and great experience. Another customer and I even talked in the parking lot about how great the employees and atmosphere was. Definitely recommend. Thank you Verizon for a welcoming service.

If I could give this store 0 stars I absolutely would. I waited an hour to simply buy a new phone. Every worker was nice and semi-welcoming except the young girl who was supposed to help me. Reason for “0 stars” is they are somehow always out of stock or simply don’t have the item you want to purchase and the wait time on being provided help/service is simply too long. When the young girl finally was able to help me she was very stuck up and rude for no reason at all. She then told me in a snarky tone she couldn’t help me and that I would have to come back another day to purchase a new phone. Why? They had the phone I wanted in stock and the color! So why did I have to “come back another day” to purchase a new phone? I had everything I needed in order to do so. I didn’t catch her name but she looked like was the youngest worker there. Long dirtyish blonde hair working Thursday evening around 5pm. In general I am about over Verizon all together and their customer service. This was absolutely ridiculous.

I stopped in on Christmas Eve. Everyone was super friendly. Maloree Golden assisted me. She was very kind and super knowledgeable about all the products and services available. She provided service with a smile; even though it was Christmas Eve, and I'm sure she wanted to be with her family. Thank you for your kindness!

I've been on prepaid for yrs. & changed to post paid bc of the deal offered to get free phones. My husband & I adopted 2 of our Granddaughters several years ago and they've always wanted iPhones. They're 12 and 13 now. Since Verizon had a promo for free phones I decided to change. I ordered the iPhone SE 12 online 11/18/22. All I had to pay was the tax. $41.50 to Haralson Co. & $41.50 to state of Ga. After 2 days i had not received the phones & the money had not been taken off my acct. I called 611 and was told i had to go to "any" Verizon store and give them a copy of my license. I went to the Bremen store and was told i had to go to the Carrollton/corporate store. I had been to the C'ton store one other time & said i would never go to that store again. They acted like i was lying about a free phone on prepaid. Anyway, I got to the store a lil before 6 p.m. and all the reps were with customers, finally the same young man "David" asked me what i needed & i told him. He had me to call customer service and tell them that i "need to complete my order. I stayed on the phone them for at least an hour & a half. I went around asking other employees if they could help me but they just looked at me like i WAS stupid and how dare i interrupt them! Finally, i asked the youngest lady there if she would plz help me. She said she would. Her name is Amberlyn & she was so very nice and helpful! She did everything she could & then got a young man named the Nyjuel to come help me finish & get the devices. The next morning none of our phones had service! I stayed on the phone from early Sat. Morning until almost 6pm that night. They finally got some of the lines working!!! I ended up getting a iPhone & Apple watch for me bc in the store they gave me an Apple watch to go with my Android phone. I spent 3 hrs on the phone with tech support on Dec. 9th & she had to call me back the next morning to get the service to work. Thank you ASHLEY!!

Ordered an iPad Pro 12.9” on October 6th, 2022 and the invoice claimed that it would be coming off of backorder and shipping on October 28th, 2022. I called today to check the status of my iPad and the VZ representative said that my iPad had been returned because it wasn’t picked up by the 10th. Are you kidding me? Just for that bs I am switching my whole family to AT&T where I just ordered another one. I could have lost my job over this had I not been able to borrow my friend’s. Steer clear of this store, they don’t even have a phone number.
