There was fraud on our account, and even though the customer service employees in the Verizon store said we got screwed, corporate employees wouldn't look into the complaint.

Amanda Marsh was SO helpful today. She helped me do very basic things that I should have been able to take care of and never once seemed irritated (like I would have been with me). She worked hard on my other issues and was so nice to everyone who entered. The entire location has been amazing each trip we've made and we've made frequent trips.

I brought in a phone that I purchased from Verizon online because it had a SIM card jammed into it that I couldn't remove. The person that came out to help me messed around with it for a few minutes, jammed the card even further inside the phone and then came back out and told me that my best bet was to take it to a computer store because this particular Verizon store has nobody who is certified to work on Verizon phones.

Terrible customer service. I cannot believe how poorly we were treated. If we didn't need the phones immediately, I would return them and buy from another store.

Terrible customer service. This store is lucky they have the best network because there is no other reason anyone would stand for them. Even speaking with the store manager Mike was no use. Just get straight talk and skip the headache.

I bought 4 new phones and switched to Verizon at this location from another carrier yesterday. One of the phones had a cracked camera lens and we and the salesperson failed to catch it before we left the store. I went to return it less than 24 hours later and they refused to exchange it when the policy clearly states you have 14 days. They wanted me to accept a refurbished phone from the phone company or pay half the repair bill. I refused both those things as I just purchased the phone the day before. The employees I dealt with were Michael Tyson and Chris More. They refused to make this right. This store is a joke and they will rip you off. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Went in today to buy a new iPhone. When we arrived no one was there to check us in. Then, several people who came in after us was served first. When we finally got help, the person helping us abandoned us for another customer. We walked out. Do not use this store to buy new phones. Go online or drive somewhere else.

Went in today to upgrade our smart phones. We were served by Zack who was extremely helpful and nice. All of my experiences at this store have been good but Zack is the best so far.

This seems to have finally been resolved. However, it took 3 months, multiple calls, and at least two Verizon representatives lying to me. If your dealing with this company get everything in writing and get names. Honestly I would recommend Sprint or AT&T.
