Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they are always calm and professional regardless of how long the line is or how busy they are! I am usually in the store once a month or so, and have used them for years. I have never had a bad experience! Sometimes there are only 1 or 2 other customers in front of me, but sometimes the line winds around the store, especially during holiday seasons. They are always patient and give the customer they are working with their full attention. They are great!

I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here. The staff are always eager to help and are extremely kind. I'd love to recognize how helpful and positive Sam is. She was lovely to speak to and I'll continue to use this location for my shipping needs.

The customer service here is usually decent, but today, 5 Dec 2023, the employees were rude and unhelpful, especially the woman with the brown hair and the man with the dreads. They acted as if someone was bothering them. Why work in a customer service environment if you're going to be rude? From this point on, I'll box up my own Amazon returns and send them out.

Always a pleasant experience at this UPS Store. The team here is friendly and eager to help. I've had a mailbox here for several years, and I find the service to be great at this location.

Went by the store today before lunch to drop off a package. The hours on the Google listing and their door plainly stated that the store was open today until 3. No one there. Ran some errands and came back again later - still before 3 - no one there.And this is not the first time this has happened to me at this store - in other words, them being closed even though the Google hours and door hours said they should be open. So please, do us all a favor, fix your hours on Google and your door if you are not going to be open to save us all some time, gas and aggravation!If I could leave a 0 rating here I would.

I rushed up to the door at 2:59 PM when they close at three and the door is already locked. So I wait until someone is being let out because I can see customers still inside. A young female employee with long hair called me a liar and says I was not standing there before 3 o'clock when she locked the door And will not take my package which already has a label and only needs scanning. Unless my iPhone clock is in accurate, she's the one who locked up early. This place gets all of my business and I'm very insulted!

Next Day Shippers Be Warned!We sent a next day shipping package to Florence AL, which was dropped off before 3pm. The store receipt states next day by 10:30am. The package did not make it to AL. UPS tracking states next day by 10:30, that’s 2 days from drop off! Received time on UPS tracking said was after 5pm. UPS Stores and UPS do not communicate very well. Let’s see if we get the fee back. We shouldn’t have to pay if the stated services were not provided! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN UPS

Store is supposed to be open Sundays and I went by today and the lights were off, doors locked and no one was working. Usually I get great service from this store, but very disappointed since the website says you’re open and I drove over there.

Always a super long line. No matter what time I go. There should be a self check out for Amazon returns. That would be great.

I visit UPS most weeks for Amazon returns. I find these folks helpful, courteous, and friendly. Sometimes the line is so long that I just don’t know how they maintain their composure! Cudos to them! My hats off.

If you choose to work in customer service you should be required to have some sort of customer service skills. If not natural then taught. Common sense would be helpful as well. If someone is trying to locate a phone it might be a good assumption they are trying to replace a faulty or lost phone. Also some older people are not as technology inclined as many younger people expect them to be. If someone asks an employee a question I NEVER believe the right answer to be "Google it." I would not answer a peer, family member, or even a stanger with "Google it" because that would be rude. It is definitely rude when you are an employee and tasked with helping the public. Kindness goes a long way for some. Do better!
