Out of all the delivery services ups is the absolute worse. They can never seem to find my address yet they don't even attempt to go down my road they just pass it and say delivery attempt failed if I'd known the package i ordered was going to be sent thru them i would've found something else because they are just terrible

They steal your package and then call the police on you for going up to confront them. The manager I believe her name is Angie is rude and refuses to even acknowledge you until she is done eating her food. They also refuse to give their names so you can call in a complaint.

Drivers are incompetent and can’t understand how apartments work, said my address was incomplete online but there is no other way for my to type an apartment number in, and instead of reaching out to ask, or tell me to pick it up, UPS just sent my package back to sender. Genuinely cannot fathom not reaching out to the person receiving the package and a driver not understanding how addresses work. If you can order through any other service, do it, this UPS here sucks and will just return to sender anything that take more than 2 seconds to think about.

Where I live they never deliver my packages but say they did then I have to track down the package or file a claim. If they say a supervisor will call you back they won’t. This has happened more than once. No photo to add because I NEVER GOT MY PACKAGE !

My son and I walked into the customer center to drop off some packages and the lady at the desk was absolutely wonderful! She treated my son very kindly and friendly. She had just dealt with a rude customer but she was still friendly and positive with us. She definitely represents UPS well and earned 5 stars from us!

I sat in the living room all day long by the front door, waiting on my package only to see a "sorry we missed you" message. No one knocked. No sticker or notice was left. No delivery attempt was made.

You can't ever get a straight answer from a rep and the bots do not answer your questions they just regurgitate the lies that are posted in the system. I was told that someone "attempted to deliver my package but noone was home." Even though I was there all day and not one time did anyone knock or ring my doorbell. There was also noone that ever showed up on my ring doorbell. That is a very clear indication that noone ever attempted and noone wanted to make the trip out to my residence. I didn't choose to deliver packages as a career. They did. So do your job and stop lying to people and then rushing them off the phone with the same ridiculous excuses.

I’ve been an employee for UPS for almost over a month now, but have yet to be given a schedule and no drivers are calling me. I have kids and a wife to take care of, I thought when I applied to work here that I was applying for a job not applying just to be led on every week. It’s ridiculous they won’t even offer to move me to the warehouse instead of being a driver helper. I know they’ve been working. The people that work in HR told me the driver can deny having a helper come with them. So does that mean if the driver is a low life, and doesn’t want me to get in the way of how he does his low life stuff, he can just say he doesn’t want anyone. It’s completely unfair how they treat the people coming in right now. I’m a person with bill too. I like to eat.

I had a package delivering to my job, where we have multiple UPS drivers pickup throughout the day. After one driver had delivered my package the next driver picked it up thinking it was outbound.After calling the toll free number I was finally put in touch with Sean/ Shawn at this location.He was able to track my package down so I could pick it up rather than wait for re-delivery the next day.It was time sensitive so this meant a great deal to me.Thanks Sean / Shawn!

What can I say? My order sat at their facility for three days before being transferred to the usps. Disorganized and rude customer service. I get that there’s a pandemic but we’re also EXTREMELY short staffed at my place of business and if I treated people the way CS did me or if I operated my business the way they do, I wouldn’t have a job anymore. We as a community need to do better. This pandemic has really brought out the worst in everyone but especially those in customer service and those who work for delivery services.

I dealt with an extremely rude, pathetic excuse for a man. If you're ever unfortunate enough to come across him at this location, his name is Max. He should definitely look for another line of work because he is horrible with treating customers with respect and doesn't know how to do his job. I had a terrible experience trying to get an expensive package in which they failed to deliver to my house. I took valuable time to drive over to their location to pick it up and save them time. He proceeded to yelled at me and was immediately defensive about not being accountable for his mistakes. He wrongfully held my package and told his delivery person to NOT deliver my package for spite. Very unprofessional and he should be terminated. He continued to scream at me as I was leaving the facility while I was getting in my car. That behavior should have serious consequences, and they will. I feel so bad for the people that have to work with him. Max is a terrible face for this facility and first impressions are everything in these situations. He needs professional anger management help.

I missed a delivery needing a signature on a Friday by 30 minutes. I was hoping to intercept with the truck. After a lot of searching on UPS website, I found that I could pick up the same day for a charge of $7.99 from this local customer service center. I interacted with 3 different people during my wait for the truck to return. Everyone was friendly and helpful.They close at 6:45. It appears most trucks are returning between 6:30 and 6:45. That may be helpful info for anyone else wanting to collect a missed package.I was pleased with service here. However, the relay of information on the website in order to do this was a bit scattered. It took a live chat and a phone call before I could gather info needed to make the pick up.

These folks went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I received my package that same day even after a failed delivery attempt I either didnt hear or was not there for. UPS has always and I believe always WILL deliver upon their company ethos. All of you deserve recognition, praise, and a Christmas bonus if not an outright raise from whatever mediocrity you are no doubt confined withKudos UPS!!!
