I mailed a package February2022. It never got delivered and never got returned I have Been checking and Texting for the past year and they send me an e-mail every month telling me that it hasn't been found yet. I told them to just return my money I have given them both receipts but they just say it hasn't been found so Me the consumer is out $66.37 and a lot of time wasted chasing my package. Now being told that refunds are time sensitive so They wont refund me. Post office just lost my business. The pony express would have done better.Alls they do is give you address of another place to complain to to drag your time out till you give up.

No mail two days.Informed delivery is. Boeing mail…no delivery.Also lied about an Amazon delivery.Said driveway was blocked!! Impossible!Who do I call to complain??!

They TOOK MY MONEY!!! I was robbed and I can't call the POLICE !!!! I paid for a service that I did not get!!!!!!!! In the beginning, I gave them 5 stars because of the service that I received, but that has changed!!! I paid for priority delivery and the package did not make it on time and it's still not there!! When I called, that's when the postal worker informed me, that priority mail wasn't guaranteed!! Like why did you take my money!!! beyond upset!! My son did not receive his package, next time I will go to UPS!! now that's guaranteed

Whoever is on my route I am very disappointed and frustrated with them I ordered something in the mail that was to big to fit in the mailbox correctly but do they leave it on my porch or anywhere else no they bent and crammed what I ordered in the mailbox damaging my item that I can not return and even though my flag has been up for days they also refuse to take the mail that is in the mailbox that I am trying to send out and all the mail sent to the wrong person that has return service requested

This building NEEDS cameras in the back, especially where the bin next to the kiosk is!!! I don’t accuse lightly, I dropped off a package in that bin after scanning it, then for days it wasn’t tracking… I called the post office and the lady that answered explained that people scan and then do not put in bin, she was basically saying that I stole my own package. 2 days later it was scanned at the Dollar General in town and placed for pick up from there by FedEx!!! What??? Fortunately the company I work for that I was sending out product for has an excellent tracking and investigation process, so we find out this week which employee took it from the post office and then placed a different item (purchased at Dollar general) and then placed my label on a poly mailer from that store, scanned it, and FedEx picked it up. All of this is documented. I pray that this is the only thief that works at the post office, but it’s not, it’s an operation between several, I would imagine. Either way, I was told by the police that it would be by the end of the week and this person would be in custody (they have other charges) I hope this stops all of the stealing and ‘missing’ packages going forward. I plan on pressing further charges, the post master general’s office has this report as of this morning. Do not use that kiosk!!!! Not until they clean house and fire them ALL!!

Horrible post office. I lived in an apartment in Carrollton for a month and they refused to deliver my mail because "I didn't live there." When I finally complained and got the situation resolved, the mail lady left a nasty letter on my mailbox threatening to not deliver my mail. What a loser!

Never really encountered a significant delay/line when at this location. Counter personnel are always friendly and act with professional courtesy.

Don’t pay for any “overnight” or “2 day shipping” not only did I NOT receive my mail after paying for 2 day shipping on Wednesday but when I finally got ahold of someone to talk to about the problem , they then told me if it’s not there by Tuesday(of the next week) they’ll refund me. So I paid for 2 days and instead had to wait 6 days almost a week

This is not my regular post office. But, I have been going to this location on a weekly basis for a few months now. Customer Service is excellent. The employees go above and beyond to help. They tape boxes, make sure that the labels are correct and provide tape. They are patient, helpful and have great attitudes

The front desk employees are absolutely wonderful. Never had a problem. Unfortunately, one of the mail carriers was supposed to deliver a package 6 days ago and never delivered the package and tracking says it’s still on the truck, their boss’ (Steve) response “I don’t know what to tell you, we don’t have it”. Mind you, this package is worth HUNDREDS of dollars….seems sketchy to me that a package worth that amount goes “missing” ON THE TRUCK and no one is willing to even look for it. SO 6 days later I still get an “awaiting scan for delivery” lovely.

I just wanted to mail the save the dates for my wedding which are wooden cats. They weigh exactly 1 oz fully stamped and sealed. The first set I was able to mail after purchasing additional .40 postage. The second set they tried to charge over a dollar each additional postage and then when I said no, refused to accept my mail as they felt wooden cats were unsafe. Absolutely furious.

I went in the ship media mail, I had a dvd and ship media mail all the time, I was informed I could not ship it because it was not a book. I informed the cashier that DVD’s, CDs, books, like that were media. I was told no and he kept repeating over and over it had to be book. I pulled up the article ON THE USPS WEBSITE and he did not care he went back and finally asked someone and told me I could ship the dvd. He was very very rude and disrespectful to me and informed me only dvds and book can go media. I told him the article states CDs cassette tapes and a few other things may go media as long as they are under 70 pounds. He was super rude and disrespectful to me from there on out. He had a horrible attitude with me when I asked for a fragile sticker on a package and over all was rude all because he had no idea what could go media mail. Please inform your cashiers what can go media and what can’t
