I am SO INCREDIBLY IRRITATED! The Carrollton USPS is RIDICULOUS in what they decide to deliver and what not!! I am having a package delivered for a SPECIAL EVENT TODAY!!! And they decided not to deliver my package because no one was home to receive it. I NEVER ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO BE HERE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE!!! WHEN I PURCHASE A PACKAGE I EXPECTED IT TO BE DELIVERED WHEN IT IS SAID TO BE. I have made these purchases before and had no problems with having to be here for delivery. DO NOT DECIDE WHAT DO WITH ITEMS I PAID FOR. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable and I will be coming in on Wednesday to get to the bottom of this ridiculous facility!!!

They refuse to deliver packages and mail to me. I get info delivery and it’s never delivered on time and I get packages that are 2 day delivery but don’t arrive for 4/5 days. They just returned a package because they said they couldn’t find my address and I’ve lived here for over 10 years and the house has been here for over 100 years. I have made complaints to Atlanta post office and Senator Warnocks office also so I’m looking forward to seeing them on the news along with palmetto branch. Worst post office in Georgia……

You’re out of luck if you expect these people to bring you any important piece of mail. It could take a week or more even with stuff mailed within this post offices area if you get it at all. Checks have been stolen and cashed coming to our small business. These carriers don’t care and no complaint will get you anywhere.

Being a retired State Government employee myself, I have put off giving a review on the USPS Post Office. I have had so many wrong deliveries, damaged deliveries of packages, wrong people’s US Mail, that there is too many to list. I have verbally spoken with many Carrollton, GA Post Office employees about this problem and left voicemail messages AND sent USPS Customer Service Complaints to no avail. I would rather pay extra than to use the USPS for Mail and or Packages. Frankly they receive nothing more than a grade F— ……

Karen was extremely helpful. I posted my help request to find missing mails on the USPS website at 2am. She called my cell at 8am and solved my issue right away. I believe she must have investigated the whole thing even before post office opens for business at 8am. I would love to give her and USPS service team a 5 Star review grade. Great job Karen!
