All the people were absolutely WONDERFUL! It was my first time at this location but sadly they had no complimentary Birthday gift available. I mean none, they were out of stock of all options. In this case, something should be done ...I would have been happy with a discount on my purchase. Definitely not the employees fault. I'd definitely return if I need something here. I am satisfied with my purchase. The store had a bit of everything but what I loved most was the fantastic customer service. Perhaps next time. Thank you!

Drove to Carrollton to shop here. Summer storm made power blink. It was literally off for a minute. 30 minutes later they still had door locked and no employees in sight. Ridiculous

I am a long time customer of Ulta and had the worse experience at this location. On Sat July 29th, my daughter and I went to get new makeup for the new school year approaching. When we walked in, the employee was watching her phone and didnt even look up from her phone to greet us. Then we spent about 20 min in store with not an employee in sight to greet us or assist us. We ended up finding the products on our own with no assistance from Ulta employees. One of the products I wanted was a new Flat Iron, I was recommended the Revlon Flat Iron but saw that a different Iron with a titanium iron was on sale and was a bigger iron than the Rev that was only 1 and a 1/2. So I decided the Iron that was better quality and cheaper than the Revlon iron. We go to the register waiting for the employee to call us over to her register. She never acknowledged us or called us over, instead she was too busy laughing and chatting with the other employee(who happened to be the manager, which I found out later). I then decided after standing there for what seemed like 5 min to approach the register myself for her to do her job. She rings me up, and tells me $171, I was about to pay it but after seeing the taxes, I knew something was rung up wrong. I see that she charged me full price for the iron, I advised her of the sale. She then goes back to where the product was and returns and said it was for the wrong iron. I then walked back there with her to show her the marketing was on my product and then she said she understands but it was done wrong. I advised Ulta should honor the price of their marketing because thats not my fault. She said no, I asked to speak to the manager. The MAN that she was laughing it up with her just a few moments ago, he then proceeds to tell me the same response. He then says that he can't do anything about that. I said you can, you have your marketing wrong and you need to honor the price, Ulta needs to honor the price that his store placed wrong. HE refused me again. I have called corporate to inform of this disgusting interaction with Ulta and the HORRIBLE staff that is worthless. Ulta, in these times, you need to respect the customers that are coming into your store vs Sephora. You need to hire better staff that loves makeup and loves their customers who are paying their salary. You turned down $171, just to be spiteful over $10. Hire qualified people and not just people who can care less about your brand.

I met the sweetest employee today, Ansley, who not only took the time to help me pick out makeup and products but also then helped teach me how to apply an everyday make-up look with all my new purchases! Thank you so much for taking the time with me this afternoon to help me learn more about makeup!

Got my hair done here and I’m really disappointed. First of all, I got there at 12:50 for a 1:00 appointment and still didn’t get in a chair until 1:30. Scheduling should be done better. I sent the stylist multiple pictures over a weekend of what I want and left wondering what she even did because it looks the same as when I walked in. Online my total was one price then half way through I had to ask what the total would be and was informed then that Ulta has set pricing, which is fine but the stylist should inform clients before hand. I sat in a chair for three hours for my hair to look like nothing was changed. They offered a $20 discount on a $175, which is nice, money is no problem. The fact is, my hair looks no different and looks nothing like the pictures I sent.

I called Ulta yesterday to ask if they had a makeover for skincare instead of makeup and the manager happened to be the one who answered the phone. He met with me today, asked me lots of questions, and we tried some out. I have a basket of products for an entire personalized routine. He went over when to use them, how to apply and with what, keep moisturizer in refrigerator for even for benefits, and use for up to 60 days to see how well it all works. I am hoping for miracles on my aging, sensitive, dry, spotted skin.

I love looking at the makeup options available. Sonya, the brow lady, is an absolute joy and is so knowledgeable about the products. She got my brows in tip top shape and provided me with some great advice about caring for my brows.

Colleen in the salon has done my hair perfectly every time! I cannot recommend her enough. I have no experience with anyone else in the salon but everyone there, and throughout the store, is always friendly, helpful, and professional.

I have recently used the salon and love my hair. Colleen is the only stylist I’ve used here and she only works on Sundays but for her I that’s just fine. Very good prices and great products used. The salon was very clean as well. Very professional and efficient on time.

My daughter got married 2 years ago at the castle in Waco, and she had a guy come to do our makeup. I asked her recently what I needed for my face to look like that again & she told me to go see Josif. Well I was as happy as a hog when I seen that he was the guy that did our makeup at the wedding!!! He gave my sister and I a tour of the store and introduced us to the staff. That’s when we seen Rachel in the salon. We knew she could sing but didn’t know she did hair & it’s beautiful. Josif got us signed us up for points, got both of us an Ultra card, and helped us pick out our items. He even printed steps for us to follow at home. We cant wait to come back for our girls day to have our hair brows and makeup done.

Got my hair highlighted and cut. Very disappointed. I should have trusted my instinct and gone to a real salon. I left the appointment with toner still in my hair although the stylist attempted to dry it. The highlight job was very splotchy, the strands in the front are blonde at the root then black to my natural brown and then to the old blonde that it was colored previously. As for the cut, you can’t even tell it was cut and her hands were shaking the entire time. She looked like she was afraid to cut. Very upsetting.
