I can't get a human on the phone. Jamie the robot refuses to let me speak with anyone and the menu doesn't have on it what I need. So now I have to go in person to the branch.

The Branch and employees are good. However, The online banking is slow and doesn't work well with other banks in terms of transferring money. You have to wait a week to transfer simple funds from one account to another. You have to wait 2 days to get access to just do a transfer. It's the 21st century, Synovus.

I received such great customer service when opening a small business bank account. I could only go on my lunch break and they did everything possible to make the process efficient. It was one of the best banking experiences I have ever had.
