The worst bank EVER… no professionalism at all, horrible customer service. If you piss them off they will do petty stuff like lock your Mobil banking. No one can answer your questions and you’re always talking to foreigners that can barely understand. So unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if Google would allow me.

Under staffed. 1 teller for 3 drive-through. All three lines had six or more cars in it. I get inside the first thing I say wow it’s not much better in here. The entire wait area was backed up to the counter in the back.I was in line for 35 minutes to make a deposit inside and I can tell know one. And I mean none of SunTrust customers from the past or happy and I’m sure BB&T is not either. You know the days of the month that are going to be busy start stocking the tellers. Give them some help. Truist has more clients than when it was SunTrust alone yet Truist has less tellers now than before. You need a bigger back and It’s time to hire some help for these workers! Customer for 30+ years very unhappy

Bank has way too many fees and the customer service representative that we dealt with was so impersonal and lacking in customer courtesy that the experience was enough for me to use a different bank.

I’d rather get eaten by bedbugs than to deal with this customer service line ever again. Do better Truist. Outsourcing your customer service? Ridiculous. I just wasted an hour of my life for absolutely nothing. I am so very thankful you are no longer my primary bank. Now it’s time to switch the remainder of what we have with you. Such a shame!

Worst bank around. I will be closing my account there. Used Zelle for the first time and they froze my entire bank account. Now they are closed for the day and no one will help us. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Card Canceled Out of the Blue. Called Corporate number and got some call-center in Thailand. The young lady literally said, "Um yes, your card not working because it cancelled" to which I responded, "Yes, I'm aware - that's why I called you. Why did my current card get canceled a month prior to the cancellation date on my actual card?" and she just repeated the same phrase over and over - as though she had a pull string in her back. As per standard banking practices, why would you cancel the card that is current - prior to the activation of the new card being sent??? Also, the local branch doesn't pick up their phone - much less have an operator to direct you.

This is the type of bank/ banking experience that makes a pillow case or under the mattress feel like a better option. Don't bank with truist.

If I could give ZERO stars if I could..when they assess and overdraft fee for .09 that is pitiful...and last week they were gonna give that back to me as a courtesy because I didn't have a history and she said I could get it the next day..well fast forward until today..I went by there to get it out..well the story changed and she told me that I couldn't because of .09...well in my experience I would NOT bank here...PITIFUL..

only complaint. the drive throughs are so skinny and have messed my wheels up twice? can I make them pay for the repairs? why are there no rubber bumpers for the lanes??
