Only one person working…. Taking orders, making drinks, making mobile orders etc. Girl was not rude but clearly overworked. They need more help at this location!

The customer service is awful. Nothing wrong with drink, but no hi or hello. I waited at counter with no indication of my existence. Not a “will be with you in a minute” just silence. Eventually, when worker did help she was not apologetic or even friendly. There seems to be no sense of urgency either. Management needs to fix customer service.

I'm not one to complain. Ever. I understand the holidays are busy. BUT someone needs to know. The service here today was awful. I got in line at 2:58 in the drive thru. 3 cars in front of me. I had to be somewhere at 3:30 that was just 2 miles down the road. But I was late because I was stuck in this awful line. I finally got to the window 35 minutes later and the kid took my money and 7 minutes later he was no where to be seen 2 girls in there making drinks. The counter was full of drinks. And I never got mine. I drove off after paying for a drink because I was already 10 minutes late to an event. I hope someone enjoyed my coffee I paid for and never received after waiting 45 minutes in a drive thru line. I will never be back to this one.

I have a picture of the guyI went there today at 6:40 in the morningAnd whoever that guy is, that makes the drinks is extremely slow never greeted me when I walked up. I was the only person standing there for literally five whole minutes and he didn’t even attempt to ask me what I wanted nothing he just kept walking around on his phone.Finally, I go excuse me and he turns around and go sorry I was making a drink when you have your phone out. No you’re not making a drink and when you’re walking like a turtle and my grandmother can walk faster than you and make a drink and she’s got a steel rod in her back, then that is sadThis is the closest location to my job and I am tempted to go over to Dunkin’ Donuts now at least I know I will get service immediately and not have to stay there for five minutes and watch you play around.Customer service and needs to be fixed immediately

I'd give zero stars if I could. Two baristas working, a long line, over a dozen people standing in line. One barista is doing closing cleanup an hour before closing time. No coffee brewed. Had to get an Americano which is pretty tasteless and not very hot. Such poor customer service! I've been standing in line from 6:50pm - 7:25. One barista is alternating between mobile orders and customers standing in line. Truly terrible customer service. They don't even look you in the eye. They know!! Unbelievable!!!

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. There is an extreme wait every time. I order ahead and show up 20 min after it says it will be ready and it never is. The drinks hardly ever taste right. The employees have a poor attitude and are constantly complaining about how corporate says they are “overstaffed”. I do believe they are when one person is making drinks for everyone and there are 6 people standing around.

I don't understand why 98% of the baristas seem so angry. They never speak. They act like making your drink is a chore. One shook her head as she was making my drink, as if it was too much for her. I try to come in there with a positive attitude, but it is definitely not reciprocated. I understand that everyone has rough days and might be frustrated, but they're like that every single time. Now, I can either match their energy the next time I go, or just go to another Starbucks. I think I'll choose a different Starbucks.

1st shift Customer service needs to be educated. Everyone that has made a purchase deserves priority. Not this order is easy and fast "I'll do it first" leaving the other $75 order "whenever someone can get to it"...guess it's too hard to think it through.

We ordered a med black coffee and medium hot chocolate two pieces of lemon pound cake . They but cream in the coffe when we told her that it was to be black one sugar she looked at us like we were crazy than rolled her eyes and poured the coffe down the drain and use the same cup with cream to make it again. She was very rude to everyone her name was Crystal she was also on her cell phone they were very busy with a line . I will never order here again . I’m a Gm for Subway no way I would allow my people to treat customers that way !!!!!
