My nana and papa went in because her iPhone wouldn’t charge. I managed a T-Mobile store in Montana for 3 years. I can’t believe that they didn’t even take the time to clean out her charging port. They brought me the phone and I got it working in 10 minutes by simply cleaning lint out of the charging port. Trying to take advantage of older people to get them to buy a new phone. Not giving any sort of customer service to diagnose an issue. Take it from someone who managed two Tmobile stores (Brooks St in Missoula, MT and Southgate Mall in Missoula, MT) just call customer service and don’t waste your time with this store.

Is the closest T-Mobile store to me but would never recommend going here. Customer service is terrible here. No one acknowledges you when you walk in, you have to wait for unimaginable times just for help. They never answer the phone when at the store. Best advice is just expect to not get anything done unless you have half your day planned on just here.

Customer service has gone out the window nowadays. I came into the store around 1030 a.m. to get a new phone because the one I have is on its last leg. When I came in, NO ONE acknowledged me. They just looked and kept doing what they were doing. No "we'll be with you in a minute" or " how can I help you". I sat for about a minute waiting on them to acknowledge me. Never happened, so I left. This is why I do most services and shopping online. I hate dealing with rude employees.

I’ve been here a few times in the past couple of months and the staff is always nice. I going during the week days and the wait has been minimal. All of the staff that I have worked have been kind and efficient.

Thank you Maggie you are 100% the best sales associate I have ever met and purchased something from. She was prompt , friendly , understanding and even carried my new modem out to my vehicle because I had a newborn baby in a car seat . I bought the modem for unlimited internet.
