Very knowledgeable, personal experience. Employees go beyond to assist the contractor full needs. Has ability to locate parts and materials that I haven't been able to locate at many larger supply companies, that's why I prefer here,. Eddie, and Chris are terrific, I will definitely continue my business here.

Small Town Business at its BEST!!! We use them for a ton of plumbing needs- I now buy all my appliances from Ashley too- my freezer went out, I sent Ashley an email at 5:30am about a freezer- She was on vacation and responded to me before 6:30am and has a freezer lined up for me to be delivered! You dont get that at the BIG BOX stores!

Customer service: I think people *think* they know what good customer service is... wandering into a big box store, walking around for less than 10 minutes until you find an associate who is winding down their conversation with a colleague and grab them before the other person waiting for them takes them first. NO. Smith Brothers IS true customer service. On the phone... yes, they actually are friendly and helpful over the phone!! (And yes! they actually answer their phones!!), in person, before, during, and even after the sale. My recent experience: Replaced my 35 year old water heater (previously on well) and needed a thermal expansion tank (for Code but also because I switched to county water, creating a [blah blah blahbidy blah blah blah] water system in my home. Mike can explain it :) Not only did we get the TET from Smith because of the customer service, we got it because that customer service cost us $12 LESS than the big box stores with their so-called 'customer service... if you can find us'.One more little thing... there's a similar business in Newnan. Closer to where I live than Smith Brothers. And if I wanted to pay more than a big box store and get treated like I made them mad when I walked in the door, making me feel so uncomfortable that I don't dare even think of asking for help, I'd go there.Needless to say, I'll never shop anywhere except Smith Brothers again.

Let me preface by saying I’ve been without hot water for two weeks as I’m been looking for a part for my water heater that seemingly doesn’t exist in stores. I called Smith Bros and while they said they didn’t have it they went above and beyond to check their other location and then ordered it to ship directly to my house when it was out there too. The customer service is top notch here and I will only drive all the way here from Atlanta for my plumbing needs moving forward!!

I went to Smith Brothers yesterday to but three Ch eaton breakers and they where going to charge me almost $300 . So I went to an supply in Hiram and got all three breakers for $118 so be aware of shopping at this place .

I Highly recommend this small business for your home improvement supply needs! For the past week I have been looking for a certain plumbing item at Home Depot, Lowe’s, tractor supply, etc.. none of the places had what I needed and some did not even know how to begin to help me with my situation ( which turned out to be something so simple). Smith Bros. Had exactly what I needed and knew exactly what they were talking about.

Wonderful selection of items. Quite a variety. Friendly service. Definitely be coming here for all my plumbing needs from here on. Cheaper that HD or Lowes by a decent amount as well.

They had exactly what I needed (and couldn't find at the two big stores in town). Very helpful and friendly service. Another great part of the experience was the price; about half of what the comparable part price was at their competitors. I will be back.
