Do not purchase anything from them!! Mattress and recliner have been a nightmare. Why would they send a recliner that you have not picked out? I thought if I went in the store and picked out a recliner that is the one they send!!!

Brought my Lazy Boy recliner in to have the spring replaced. Cody Cash & Ryan Harris jumped right on it and had me ready to go back home with the chair in about 20 minutes! Excellent customer service and very friendly!!Recommend highly!

We ordered a new recliner to replace a 20 year old leather one. We were told 8-12 weeks, which was fine!In this time, my husband had knee replacement surgery on 4/14.April 21st was 12 weeks with no chair. I called Cody to ask about possible delivery date this morning.My chair is ready, there's a shipping delay.Once Cody learned of our knee replacement situation, he offered a loaner lift, massage recliner until my chair arrives! My husbnd is asleep in that chair that was delivered in 2 hours! Thank you so much to Cody, the nice delivery guys and entire staff!Businesses like this hardly exist! What a joy and it's my husband's birthday! Ya'll made him as comfortable as he can possibly be!!Thank you,Bazlyn & Bob Collins

Very helpful. Highly recommended. We entered the store 5 min till closing time. And the salesman said no rush take your time. He sold my wife on my favorite recliner ever. She is a hard sell lol. Ended my never ending search. Ill recommed to all my friends and some of my enemies haha. Reasonably priced leather recliner!

Best furniture store in the entire world on God. Best customer service in the great city of Carrollton. The furniture is of the highest quality, except for Flexsteel me and the homies hate Flexsteel. I gave 4/5 stars because Ryan sucks at Rocket League.

Jim and the Sit ‘n sleep staff are great. What great customer service. My ten year old recliner broke a handle and had the back wear out on separate occasions in the past six months. These great folks replaced the handle and repaired the back without charge. That is the kind of customer service these folks offer.
