What service? Not even as much as Terrible service!! Two employees both on phone offer No Assistance to Wife that was searching for New Balance shoes to help bad knee. Searched over 30 minutes. Then ask for a Shoehorn to help. I went to restroom after wasting an hour time there ! Never found the Shoes or any similar with no assistance. Was totally insulted by an employee coming to restroom to inform. They were Not for Customers!!! What the Crap. Such attitudes as this is Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Will Not be going back and wasting time in this store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CARROLLTON GA!!! Would give this store a zero on service.

It's always a delight to come here. The shoe selection is descent an if they don't have your size in their selection, they will gladly call around to other stores for you and ask them to place them on hold till you arrive to make the purchase/Exchange ?!

I really really wish I could give this store a 5 star review. Upon entering, you see this amazing huge shoe store. They even have a huge clearance section as well. Get a closer look and they are out of your size and color in most of the shoes you like. In my experience, this was the 6th store I visited for black shoes for a funeral. I saw multiple shoes I really liked but they didn't have my size (9-9.5). I understand that is a common size but looking at 6 different pairs and they don't have that size or the color black was truly disappointing. I also asked the ladies working if they possibily have any shoes in the back and they said no. Having worked in retail myself, I completely understand but as they were stocking other shoes, they didn't even bother asking me if I needed help or to see if they can find anything around the store that would match or if they have some of the same shoes they were currently stocking. They didn't really care about my experience even after saying I was looking for shoes for a funeral. It was a bit of a fail for customer service in my opinion. As I didn't feel like venturing out yet again to another place that sold shoes, I settled for some ugly black boots that were actually in my size for $40. Overall, if you need black shoes - don't go to any stores in Carrollton, they don't have any!Maybe one day I will be back & my experience will be better and I can increase the stars of my review. As of now, it rests with 2.

Drove 50 miles to come to this store when I showed up they were closed. Website said they were supposed to be open which is why I drove all the way to this specific location. I called several times but the phone was off the hook. No voice-mail stating their hours or that I had reached them after closing. I am furious same thing at the VR location but I thought since Carrollton had the MEGA store they would at least honor the hours posted on the website. Obviously I was wrong there is a piece of paper in the window showing store closed at 7pm. Would have been great if there was someway to know that without burning all my gas and wasting my time.

Would give this store 5 stars if the staff including the manager were a little more helpful. I have arthritis and I'm having difficulty with finding shoes that don't hurt my feet. I'm just glade they still had some off court nike slides . Not sure of I will be a regular customer or not. Come to think about it don't think they even have a restroom which isn't good for me . (I'm an ostomate)

Awful return or exchange policy, bought Nike running shoes for $65 and in 2 weeks a hole developed in the side. Took them back and was told no exchange because they had been used. No joke, I didn't buy them to set them on a mantle and look at. Could not provide the written policy that stated this. No call back from corporate. My son and I are so addicted to this store. Wide variety from sandals, flip flops, crocks, boots men and women and all sorts of tennis shoes. Employees are eager to assist in anyway.

I came to shop for a few pairs of comfortable tennis shoes for work. I am a nurse and I'm on my feet a lot. Before I walked in, I noticed a sign that said there was an 8 people capacity max, so it gave me the assumption that this store was trying to do what's best for their clients by enforcing regulations for social distancing. While I was in the store, I noticed two clients without a mask. I mentioned it to a staff member & she announced out loud that "people do not have to wear a mask if they don't want to". I immediately left the store. People are currently dying due to a pandemic and this store doesn't require the use of wearing a mask. I rather my money go towards a business that respects and values the lives of others. This place may have cheap and affordable shoes but you may catch covid while shopping in there!
