She changed my mind on all of that because she explain to me the story of the two brothers and how they started as a mom and pop with a single location, and have major growth and technological advances that benefit the consumer without feeling like a corporate call center! My experience with the agent not only made my day it convinced me to rent with this company and by the end of the call, it just felt like family. That’s the way a business is supposed to be I ran one for years and I never sold a product. “Very pleased with the whole process. We needed a moving/storage company as we were moving back to Florida. Our home sold very quickly, so we were in between homes. They packed up in three hours, then stored it for 4 months, and the delivery was just completed today. The 2 men who delivered the goods were very professional, friendly and courteous. “I had my belongings in this self-storage unit for 10 months. They are a little pricey for non temp controlled units. Upon clearing my unit there was a massive amount of spiders. The door to my unit always gave me a problem. It needs to be oiled. It was very hard to open and close and it wouldn’t stay up sometimes while using the unit. The general property was clean. The staff was friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. Move out was easy and done over the phone. Just a few small things that could be fixed. Overall, my experience was good.”
