Very unprofessional staff. Very rude and talks rudely on others. Roaches EVERYWHERE!! If you try to stay here, Don’t! it’s not even worth it. If you do, don’t renew.Turn around time was almost a week for anything major. just do better..

I am writing to share my experience at RiverPointe Apartments, which has been profoundly disappointing. I moved into my unit in July 2023 after being given three different move-in dates the previous month. Upon arrival, I found my apartment unclean, and I had to wait for staff to address this issue.
My troubles escalated in September when my apartment flooded due to a pipe burst. I was temporarily relocated for three days, with assurances that the apartment would be in better condition upon my return. Unfortunately, I was met with a pervasive smell of mildew, numerous flies, and lifting carpet. After reporting these issues to the leasing office, I was told that the necessary cleaning would be completed within a week.
When I returned to retrieve my belongings from a separate, unoccupied room, I was shocked to find that my items had been discarded by maintenance. Despite my reminders that the staff was aware of my belongings, management refused to take responsibility or allow me to terminate my lease.
I strongly advise potential residents to reconsider leasing at RiverPointe Apartments. My experience highlights significant mismanagement, inadequate maintenance responses, and a lack of accountability for tenant belongings.

Do not live here. The apartment complex boasts a no-smoking policy, but they blatantly ignore it. I chose this place specifically because of the no-smoking rule due to my severe sensitivity to smoke, but my roommates were smokers, and management did nothing despite numerous complaints. They clearly do not enforce their own rules and provide zero support when issues arise. This place is a disaster and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

We are being relocated to Carrollton and needed a short term lease while looking for a house. We read the reviews and thought we were getting something nice and clean. Do not listen to the reviews, I'm not sure if they pay people to write high reviews but they are incorrect. The first until they gave us was so filthy my husband refused it. They then sent us to another one, he didn't have time to come back and view it. I was driving in from out of town and we ended up stuck with another nasty apartment. It's so filthy it's unsafe. The balcony has beer bottles and trash near it. For the amount of money paid monthly it should have been cleaned, waiting for new tenants. Even the lock on the door is questionable. I am not happy and will not be the best tenant moving forward.

Would not recommend this apartment. I would say the staffing was great and very nice to the residents but the apartment itself was nasty. My roommate and I would have roaches and little dead flies in our refrigerator. Keep in mind, we were extremely clean. I was finally fed up with this apartment when I came home from visiting my family and all of my rugs and shower curtain were thrown into my bathtub and very wet. I always lock my room before I leave so their is no way that anyone could’ve gotten in except for maintenance. But I knew it wasn’t maintenance because they usually leave a note when they enter your room. I spoke with the staffing and they even confirmed that maintenance wasn’t in my room. Till this day, I still don’t know what happened to my rugs in my bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment. Nice staff but disgusting apartment.
