I thought I just had small leak in my tire but upon further inspection and with their experience they saw it much worse. They addressed it asked what I wanted to do and they gave me a great price on a brand new tire. Didn’t take long for them to put the new one on either probably 20 mins at max and I was back on the road. I go to these guys every time I have a problem.

Best family owned shop around. The only place I purchase my tires is Ponce Tires. I only purchase new tires,but they do have the option for used tires as well. They do have two shops in town now, so if you are low on time, you should be able to make it to one of them.

Bought a tire less than a month ago at one price, go back today to get another tire and was quoted $50 more than I paid for the other one. Same car, same tire size. I even had to receipt to prove it. That's just bad business. I understand inflation but come on that's just ridiculous. So I left and came over to Rome Street and spent my money. But on the way over here I called Ponce tire shop and they quoted me on the phone around the price I originally paid. So needless to say I won't be doing business here EVER AGAIN and I hope other people read this review and be very aware!!!!

In my opinion this is the best tire shop in Carrollton GA. The owner Mr Marcelino and his wife take care of their customers like family. Very straightforward with the prices and service.
