Great place! I had positive vibes after walking into Pugmire Ford in Carrollton. I had called Pugmire Ford in regards to an issue I had been dealing with since December of 2023 with a different Ford service center. I was transferred to Justin, I explained to him that I was dealing with a Ford service Center since December of 2023 and the service adviser kept dropping the ball to put it mildly. We discussed what was wrong with the truck and he then put Vincent on the matter. Vincent had a tech look at my truck and resolved my issues the next day after they recieved the parts. Thank you Justin and Vincent. You guys handled my problem in one day. I will be a repeat customer. I will bring my truck there for service for now on.

Service was good but I was on a waiting list for this recall for a year. I called every 3-4 months to see if the part was in to be told no, but they’d call me when it was. I never received a call - I found out by calling AGAIN.

No issues with service. Prompt, courteous, and excellent service. In and out of service center in less than 1 hour. The works oil change.

I want to preface by saying that Dealership side its self is wonderful and had no problems, actually loved Jacob and that he went out his way to help us. Their service department on the other hand, thats where this place falls short. I brought my explorer to get some recalls fixed on it, no problem, Vincent was a great handler. After I came to pick up my vehicle and got a few miles away, I lost oil pressure. It was fine when I dropped it off, no issues. I check my oil and its below the dip stick. I bring it back and at first got push back that it wasn't their fault for me having low oil because they only did a tow link recall but they agreed to top it off no problem. A service guy there then comes up to us and immediately trying to blame me for it being low. He was very condescending towards us and it was was not needed. I commend the guy that helped us and did the right thing. I would encourage anyone that uses them to use them with caution for any service to their vehicles and take note of everything before and after. If it was up to the very rude guy then I don't think this would have been ratified correctly. Again, in the end they did do the right thing.

We had a wonderful experience working with Devin he took very good care of us, listened to our needs and exceeded our expectations. If we or our friends and family are ever shopping for a vehicle we will absolutely be recommending him and if you are looking for someone that has your family’s best interest at heart that doesn’t try to put you in something that you don’t want just so he can make a sale, then Devin is your guy!! #6stars

We called on Tuesday and asked how much the charge would be for oil changing and tire rotation on our 2023 Explorer. My husband was told “between $70-$75.” He asked for an appointment from the Service Advisor who told us 3 pm on Wednesday the next day. When I went in at 3 pm I was told I did not have an appointment but they took us anyway. The car was done about 4:20 pm which was fairly good timing. When they presented us with the ticket it was slightly over $98. Fortunately after telling them about their price quote they lowered it to slightly over $75. The service advisor stated he had not talked to Harry. The cashier said it was probably the call center even though we had his name. We live 6 miles away and would like to use you for Ford service but this is the second miscommunication we have had.
