Terrible service except for the old black man he's the best and very helpful everyone else has absolutely no knowledge of anything in any department or equipment

I had purchased a tub surround for a new installation. The wrong one was delivered. The crew at the desk was great. I was only their for about 5 minutes. Thank you so much for your help.
