Their business card reads "Integrity Brings Success." Fortunately, they live by this. Cliff and Shellie of Prime Auto Exchange are very honest, Christian people who are willing to work with anyone that will let them. This small family business has been a blessing. THIS IS INTEGRITY. @Angela Palmer

Their business card reads "integrity brings success". Unfortunately, this is not their practice. Upon arrival Shellie Eldred of Prime Auto Exchange advised me that our reservation was no longer "showing up in their system with a reservation". I told her we never changed or cancelled it. Shellie Eldred told me that uhaul was responsible for the cancellation. I knew it was a lie. I asked her if that was the honest truth. She said it was. We contacted uhaul immediately and they advised us that Prime Auto Exchange cancelled our reservation. THIS IS NOT INTEGRITY.
