Mary is wonder at doing my pedicure. I don't even mind giving tip, but when I asked for Son to do my nails last time, I was refused Lynn came over started doing my nails. I thought I was on fire. She was burning one of my nails, and then my cuticles was too close. They never thought about it because she was new for for a week later, my hands hurt. I didn't decide to go to somewhere else. I contacted the manager Michelle and told her what was going on. She apologized and asked why, but that was crazy. I thought I'd been a customer standing customer for very long time sometimes paying outrageous tips to show my appreciation but needless to say I'm done. My feelings are hurt my nails like crap.

This has been my salon of choice since they opened several years ago. I also have quality service and experience. I get compliments on my nails all the time even when they aren't fresh.

They ruined my nails, they cut up my fingers and cuticles and they didn't clean their tools. They are a horrible business. Will not be coming back. And do not go there.Service: Acrylic nails

Super expensive I got just a manicure no acrylic and my toes painted with gel and some how I paid $65 and that’s included with a student discount which is 10% off. In Douglasville for a pedicure and gel I pay $30 I would not refer this nail salon to anyone!

This is my second worst and last time I'll come to this place. I asked for my big toe nail to be extended and also to add acrylic to my other big toe so that they would look the same. They just do what they want and then talking mess like they have to pay for it. My feet look stupid. I'll never come here again.Services: Nail extensions

I showed up at 7:10 wanting a pedicure, expecting a quick job since they were closing soon. However, I got one of the best pedicures I've ever had, complete with massage! No corners cut to speed up the process! Thank you for the relaxation!Service: Pedicure

Worst nail service I have ever received. It's way overpriced- about twice as much as other salons. For that, you'd think I'd be saying the opposite. Four of us got pedicures, & two got manis, while the other two got SNS nails. Of the four of us, two now have infections, & two have a flipping nail fungus! They were quick to serve us, but they did a terrible job! If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay away from this place!

Been coming here monthly for a year now. Absolutely love Tom and Andy! They are the best and at this point the only reason I continue to come.Be prepared to have a slim color selection. Guess I’ll have to start purchasing my own colors to be happy.Services: Foot massages

Staff Very unfriendly , as I was getting my nails removed & the guy constantly stabbed me with the tool he was using. After telling him it hurts multiple times. He ignored me and kept working, when I was physically not comfortable with what he was doing. Was actually scared to continue with the service. Decided not to get the full set I intended to get. Also , I noticed the nail clippers being used were completely rusted. Everything seemed very unsanitary ,Which was the last straw.

My wife has had two very bad experiences with this place. She got the same guy each time. The first time, he was short, rude and repeatedly tried pushing the acrylic nails when she wanted just paint. He got upset and halfas**d the rest. And the second time brought her tears. He did a sloppy, rough, patchy, uneven job. Paint didn’t meet the cuticles at all. The color was completely wrong. Not even close. I see that a lot of people on here are complaining about a male that works here and the owner keeps saying he was fired. But, it doesn’t look like it. And if they did fire him, they continue to hire un-caring staff. There’s alot of nail places to go to, this should be your last choice. ???Service: Acrylic nails

I am new to Carrollton in search of a good nail shop. I stopped in because they were opened earlier than others. So glad I did. The twins gave me a superb experience. Not only was my experience great, it was also nice to be able to support black business in my area. I will definitely be back. I'm only leaving 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review. Yesterday was mine and my daughter in laws 1st time at this salon our wait time wasn't long as they weren't that busy when we got there. My appointment was for 2 full sets of basic acrylic nails with regular polish from the minute we walked in the door we were hounded to get pedicures as well which declined multiple times followed by using gel polish instead for an extra 8.00 which we declined as well thats when attitudes seem to change. I was seated 1st my daughter in law maybe 5 minutes later. The 2 nail techs began immediately texting one another while we were sitting there. My daughters nail tech had hers done within 20 minutes at most never had her wash her hands no oil on her cuticles nails not the same length polish was spotchy after it dried when she tried to complain she was told they were the same length it was just her fingers that made it look like they weren't and she was suppose to wash her hands AFTER they were dry to get off the residue from filing the nails and the polish looked like that because it was a light color then proceeded to speak in his language while checking her out. She was also finished before me even though I was sat first. During my session my tech was very rough with the dermal over my cuticles I again turned down the gel polish after which my daughter in laws nail tech as well as the lady that checked me came over they began to speak in the language which the tech pointed at my nails and laughed most of my nails are the same length with the exception of 2. These people were very unprofessional all around I was planning to take my daughter in law for lash extentions for her birthday but after this experience I'll go elsewhere.
