Had to get my van jumped today outside a restaurant and then headed to O’Reilly’s to see if they could test my battery. Craig, the Assistant Manager, helped me right away and tested the battery, which appears to be okay. He could’ve sold me a new battery, but instead told me to go to my local repair shop to see if it’s a faulty starter that needs replacing. Craig was informative, honest and personable and I appreciate his kindness! Will definitely patronize this store if we’re in the area again. Thank you Craig!
