Went in as a walk in - owner was rude, rigid and gel polish looked nice but came off just a couple of days later (on thumb) which has never happened before at my regular place. Not worth the attitude.

March 2023. I went to get an SNS manicure and gel pedicure and it was a WONDERFUL experience. It was my first visit to Nova on The Square and I was not disappointed. I left feeling pampered and beautiful. As of today (nearly a month later) I am just now going to get my SNS removed (I get them done on 2/28 and today is 3/25). My only regret is that I did not get my mail techs name.

I needed my nails done badly. Went to Nova and was pleased! The girl doing my nails, i didn't get her name, but was super sweet and really nice to talk to. I truly love my nails. Am so happy with my experience!

Wanted the ridges in my nails buffed out and just a clear coat of polish. I didn't really pay any attention to my nails upon leaving. When I got home I saw that the ridges were still there and the polish was a bit sloppy, even missing part of a nail on one finger. I don't think I'll go back...

These ladies give you one price at the beginning and then overcharge when you want to pay. I saw them doing it to two ladies before me, and then to me. The did work that they were not supposed to to and then they over charge for it. Very dishonest. And the work wasn't that good anyway. Seems it's their modus operandi. Pretty dishonest. Of course I didn't leave any tip.Service: Acrylic nails

I worked here for 3 and half years worst place to ever be at. Misa and Tess are the best at what they do nothing bad to say about them but, the owner is awful. Constantly on her phone, belittling her employees and very unprofessional. She does a so so job on peoples nails. I wouldn’t recommend visiting but, it is everyone’s choice on what they do. Just needed to put my experience out there for those to be aware. I’ve had to say goodbye to my regulars because I cannot continue to work for someone who doesn’t know how to run a good business. She picks and chooses the customers for the others and herself so she doesn’t have to do much. Please just me mindful of when you meet her. She also has lost a lot of employees so it is only 3 people working getting in and out will be impossible.

I’ve gotten my nails done at NOVA a couple of times and I have NEVER been let down! They always do such an amazing job!! They are always able to fit in me and they always take their time doing my nails. I always feel pampered here. The girls that work here are so incredibly sweet and friendly. I will never go anywhere else! ???

Went in as a walk in around 4pmToday; very clean and open nail salon. Got a 45$ pedicure “gel” along with a matching manicure “gel”. All together was 120$. Price was not the issue but the quality of service was not worth it. The bowl water poured was cold, my toe nails didn’t get trimmed or cleaned under them. The gel paint on my pinky toe came off already and the coats were not done evenly “very streaky”. The two ladies were super sweet but I was just not happy with the quality of the service.Services: Pedicures
