INCOMPETENT THEIVES! If I could put zero stars I would. I've been dealing with the nightmare that is this place since Nov 2023.
I tried to rent a unit and upon arrival I see that they haven't taken the lock off what was supposed to be my unit. I was angry at first and then realized what poor conditions they had. People were there removing things as this place is known for its poor conditions that cause damage to their customers belongings. So in a panick I call someone else and take my things there.
All is well- until I realize that even AFTER I let them know what happened and I would therefore no longer need their services they STILL continue to charge me every month.
I have several convos in writing, have contacted my lawyer and they still drag their feet to return MY money. I recieve a text a few days ago that "my unit" is closed and I owe around $900 (still not computing that they are referring to money that was never owed to them). When in reality THEY still owe ME. The incompetence is astounding. I will blast them on every platform available until I get the remainder balance that is owed to me and I will tell anyone who will listen to STAY AWAY. This place is trash.

This place is a absolute dump!No fence and no security so your stuff is easy to get stolen!On top of that the units are in horrible shape! Units unoccupied are left open and junk is in them, the sheet roofs are collapsing, and those that don't have the sheet roof covering clearly have moisture issues as there's mold on the ceiling!Also there's no office location for this place so the only way to get in contact with them is by phone!DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR BELONGINGS!
