Recently, I purchased a truck at Mike Bell and my experience was just incredible! I cannot extend enough compliments as to the entire process from the initial call all the way to final moment of purchase. I never felt the typical “hard sale” as one expects when visiting a dealership. My salesmen James Davis and Jason Guzik treated me with professionalism never trying to pressure me into a purchase. They made my experience one to remember with fondness and I highly recommend this Dealership! Be sure to ask for James or Jason!

They left me sitting for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When I asked how much Ionger it would be, they found my paperwork on a desk back there. The guy didn’t see it and went to lunch!

Had a great experience with Mike Bell Chevrolet. Stephen was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me get the deal done. Since I was an out of town customer the process went on a few days and he help me even on his off day. Thanks again for the friendly service and a great experience. It could’ve had gone any smoother. I came into the dealership with outside financing secured. Once we agreed on a price, the finance manager didn’t want to let me leave with the vehicle because it would take several days to receive the electronic funds transfer. It was suggested that I put down a deposit in order to leave, which I declined. He then asked me to allow them to finance the vehicle, after I had already declined multiple requests. At one point the sales person started asking financial questions to begin the application after I signed the purchase agreement with outside financing. It took another hour and a half to meet with the gentleman to sign the final documents. Detailing was closed at this point, and technically so was the dealership because it was an hour after closing at this point. I was asked to bring the car back in the morning. When I returned with the car for detailing, the car was returned within 15 minutes. A scratch in the wheel cover was not polished out and the sales representative actually scratched it more attempting to get the scratch out. I then checked the interior of the car and it was not detailed. It was taken back and only the spot that I indicated was cleaned, nothing else. Frustrated, I left with my brand new, scratched, and undetailed vehicle. This was my first interaction with Mike Bell and it will definitely be the last.

The whole process was smooth and very professional. I had inquired a day before then next day I got my car. They were the only dealership that was willing to work with us. Terrence was on it from point a to be. Thank you so much for working with us. I needed a car so bad and I got it. I will recommend the dealership to anybody.

I was looking for a Jeep Gladiator and found one at Mike Bell Chevrolet. The sales staff member was TJ Cochran that worked with me on the deal. I knew what I wanted to pay for the truck and what my trade in was worth and TJ worked with me on meeting my goal and in the end we made a deal. TJ was open and up front matching what I wanted and never seemed frustrated by me countering what they offered. TJ was a pleasure to deal with and in these days some car sales people can be off putting but TJ never was. I do recommend Mike Bell Chevrolet and if you go ask for TJ Cochran.
