Arnold is extremely patient and knowledgeable. He is also bilingual. He helped 3 customers at one time and did it efficiently and very respectfully. Ask for Arnold when you go there!

The owner of this location really needs to take some the reviews on this page seriously as there is a real issue with the customer service provided at this location.By no mean I had any intentions to review but the service was so bad that I was left no choice but to bring the truth up to the surface so consumers are informed.I arrived a little after 4pm on Sunday to ask for help with two issues after multiple calls to the call centers. There was no greeting or acknowledgement for customers entering the store. Fine just solve my problem. The two young ladies didn't seem to be happy to work there so I could tell they were annoyed to see customers entering. I get it; it's Sunday and trying to go home..I had forgotten my high security password and therefore was locked out. The call center said to go in person to a store. The girl who looked up my account put her hands up and pretty much said there was nothing she could do and that I needed to call the center again. She also made it sound like I was making stuff up. I called them on the spot. It took a while to get hold of an agent but finally spoke with sombody. I put them on speaker phone and they repeated what they previously told me. Go see a store and present an ID. They asked to speak with the employee at the store who was super annoyed to even talk with them. They guided her to check some things on the computer and then call another number from the store so they could provide help. She did but the entire time was looking for reasons to end the call and not help. After they ended the call, she told me that the password could not be recovered and went back to play on her phone. I asked if she had suggestions. She said to go to the corporate store in Atlanta and try. I left without any resolution to that issue.I ended up calling a friend who worked for Metro a few years ago and he was able to connect me with someone who walked me through the right statements to make when calling the center. Guess what? I did and got my password rest in less than 30 minutes.What a shame that a store that represents a big brand like Metro didn't have the willingness to attempt any maneuvers to help with my issue. Just what a shame.

I tried adding a line to my account for my son because of the special they had going ($15 to add a line).The lady told me my total for adding the line was $48 and something. She stated it was the promotion deal plus $10 for a new sim card I HAD to have. I asked her why it was that price when promotion said $15. She had to call the manager she said. They proceeded to talk in Spanish. I asked her TWICE to speak English since it was about MY account. She refused. I said I'd go elsewhere and she said ok, go. I left & called customer service. They set my added line up for the $15 it was SUPPOSE to be with NO new sim card like that lady was making me get! So she was trying to pull a fast one I guess.I called back up there to get her name and she refused. I said customer service wants your name and all she would give was her first name. She said that's all you're getting and hung up on me.So, Andrea, you really need to work on your customer service skills sweetheart. You're in my prayers! BTW, customer service report was filed anyway ?

Very rude noone nows what they are doing the manager is never around the girls that work here don't even work they are so rude tell you just leave the store
