2 different associates helped us each time and were very knowledgeable and friendly..

What has happened to our Carrollton Lowe's store? Probably the last 10 times we have come in needing help with our project and after we hunt down an employee for assistance - the employee is so lazy, unwilling to help, on their cell phone and/or have no knowledge of what we are looking for. With the exception of Scott in plumbing (who has ALWAYS been so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly) this store misses the mark from start to finish. We absolutely LOVED this store at one point in time. Guess it's true - you can can't find any good workers these days.

Went inside to pick up a few things from lawn and garden. Then went outside a nd checked in. A young man named Kevin brought out my order in minutes and loaded it for me. Any time I need something I can't get in Newnan Carrollton Lowes will be my go.
