Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had he had riped me off not once but twice the first time took my car in told me it would cost 1000 and I picked it up and the car was not fixed I give him another chance and he screwed me again said it would be 150 this time called me took him 10 minutes and no parts where used and lied abought putting antifreeze in the car and jacked up the price 100 without a phone call don't use this guy he is a con man

I had purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot with a manual transmission that unfortunately had a bearing going out putting me in a potentially unsafe and expensive breakdown scenario. I brought the vehicle to Mr Leverette and he methodically handled the diagnosis and repair as well as coordination for the majority of repair cost with Penn Warranty. The repair was conducted using reliable tier parts and with progress updates that were honest and straightforward. Mr Leverette dealt honestly and with no promises made he could not keep. My vehicles transmission is smooth and quiet, and I will be bringing my vehicle to Leverettes for normal maintenance needs also. This business is a rare gem nowadays??

I had my car taken to him in October of 2022- I gave him half to get started. I would call 1 to 2 times a week to check on things and he dragged it on forever. Apparently the parts vendor he uses sent the wrong stuff but he never communicated with me about exactly what was going on so it was like he was wasting time to me. I finally had to confront him about it and the car was ready 2 days afterwards in February. The work he did was spectacular. Car sounds better than when I first got it. Stay clear. Kept my 5 speed transmission for over a month and never even touched it. Simple fluid flush and refill. Everytime I called it was another excuse, he would work on it tomorrow and call me. Never received a single call. After him not returning my calls anymore I finally showed up and found it in the same place I left it. If I could leave negative stars I would.

I took my GMC Envoy Denali there for a transmission to be replaced and they had my car for 6 weeks every time my husband talked to them they would tell him one thing and then when he would call again they would tell him something else. After 6 weeks of having my car and giving me the run around had it for two days and now is back at another shop because they didn’t hook up my transmission up right and now gonna cost me another $1000 + dollars to have some one else do the job they failed to do. I will never take my car back to them and I would never tell anyone else to go there. This place sucks!!!!Service: Transmission

My car has been in his lot for 1 year and a half. He has a bunch of cars sitting outside not being worked on. Wouldn't recommend him at all.

He has had our car for almost 4 weeks for a transmission rebuild. Each time we call it will be finished, but isn't. We were told he was the best, which is why the car is there, however, having 2 cars is a priority for our large busy family.

This place is horrible like the worst in Carrollton I brought my car here back in November of 2019 and it’s May 2020 for a engine drop . $3100 in all that I paid and he is never here too work on my car it’s sad and stressing me out, respectfully screw you mr Leverret give me my car !

I took my car to Leverette's transmission and dealt with Al. He fixed my control arm and bushings then a week later I had control arm issues again, I called his shop 6 times and he won't respond to me! This guy is dishonest... Don't use him!!!
