Love Kroger as a grocery store. I have been disappointed in the men's restroom the last few times I have shopped there. Men's restroom has a sign to notify a Kroger associate if the restroom needs attention. I notified an associate in the produce area that the restroom was really dirty. I later went back just to see if the restroom was cleaned and was disappointed to see nothing was done. It was filthy. Completely unsanitary. I guess it's a store pride thing but restrooms are used by young and old. This is embarrassing for such a great grocery store.

Couldn't find brand name puff pastry or any store brand. Had to go to Publix to complete my purchase.

Personally the only issue I currently have with the Kroger located in Carrollton, GA is their bathrooms. Specifically the women's bathroom. I have been in there on different occasions and the bathroom is always gross. It used to be well taken care of a couple years ago....now I can't even use it! There was soggy toilet paper pieces in the stalls, wadded up USED toilet paper in two of the toilets, feminine product trash cans overflowing, trash laying around, and urine on the toilet seats. It also smelled repulsive. Sink counter tops with water all over them, no paper towels for those of us who don't want to use the dryer that sprays p*** particles back onto your hands. Just really disappointed. The store is usually ok....but if you don't clean your restrooms, it doesn't make me want to shop there....it feels unsanitary to me. Do better Kroger!!!

Went to try and put together a small floral bouquet for my sons prom date. Went to ask advice from the florist and she was extremely rude…started shaking her head before I could even speak. Told me she couldn’t help me because she gets off in an hour! I simply wanted to ask about flowers matching up to make the arrangement myself….I happily took my business to Publix!

Worse customer service ever! We began to load our groceries onto conveyer and our cashier Susanna let us load everything fully on moving conveyer before scanning our first item. Everything was getting squashed and compacted together($350 worth of groceries). Then we had no one to bag our groceries and the same scenario at the end of next bagging conveyer system. As well, Susanna never greeted us, apologized, or told us to have a nice day. She only looked at us with blank stare asking for our payment! The management should invest their time into better training these associates. Also, there were multiple other staff members that were onlookers without offering a helping hand.

Probably my least favorite grocery shopping experience in Carrollton, but they are the only one with gas and fuel points to earn for grocery shopping so I grin and bear it. Some pluses are the sushi and Starbucks. I know they are short staffed like a lot of people but they rarely have enough registers open.

I will never shop at Kroger again. I found out that they are taking away health benefits to their unvaccinated employees and making them pay $50 more per month for their health insurance. This is still the United States of America and we have the choice to do with our bodies as WE see fit. It is not up to a few little elites at the Corp Office to decide what should go into their employees bodies. I'm shopping. At Ingles from now on. Good bye Kroger.

Kroger pharmacy suck, no one will answer question, no one knows what's going on.

Be careful of the inconsiderate lazy a$$ people who choose not to walk the extra 10 feet to return the shopping cart. I bet if I hung a candy bar on the cart rack you’d see more carts there and less left in parking spots.

Overall an ok place to shop however, I do have some critiques. There’s hardly ever enough employees, customers have to bag their own groceries, lines are long, and never enough checkout lanes open, managers can be rude, the electronic shopping carts never work or work half way, etc

Umm no. This Kroger is a PITA from parking to check out. Produce & Meat are inferior. Publix for me--WAY better Produce & Meat.

We have spent thousands of dollars at this store, but their chain has stopped selling "MyPillow" for political reasons. Instead of just selling groceries, the genius owners of Kroger want to play God with our lives. They are blatantly saying they are a democratic business that wants to cancel free speech. They don't care about 75 million people's lives and opinions. We will NEVER shop at a Kroger again and there are millions of people that won't either. You cannot control us. There are other grocery stores that stay out of politics. I am a veteran and I love my country. We are the UNITED States of America! These people are tearing us apart.
