“Ashley Zelaya helped me today in my change from AT&T service to Spectrum service. She was GREAT! Sooo patient and kind. Most people her age try to get rid of senior citizens as quickly as possible, but not Ashley. She took her time and made sure I understood everything she was telling me. Spectrum needs to try to find more young people like Ashley, but she might be one of a kind. She is very knowledgeable about the products. There wasn’t anything I asked her about that she didn’t know. I don’t know how much y’all are paying her, but I do know it isn’t enough. She’s the perfect employee. Spectrum is so very lucky to have found her.”
