After a long and drawn out back and forth regarding a shirt order, I was told that if I would cancel my dispute-of-charges through my bank that the store (Jay and Jada) would issue me a partial refund of an agreed upon amount. After I cancelled the dispute-of-charges and submitted them two separate forms to validate this, they have provided no refund as agreed and haven’t replied to my followup emails. This has been the most remarkably unpleasant experience working with them and I highly suggest doing your marketing/printing business elsewhere. I have emails with the business wherein I have been insulted repeatedly. I had hoped we could work out an amicable solution to this issue, but unfortunately it seems that isn’t their intention.I’m happy to provide screenshots of the email exchanges to anyone interested, please reach out directly.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!I repeat don’t waste your time and money. Paid upfront and I was told my business cards be ready in 7 days guess what that never happened. I called and owner answered and said ohh waiting on ups shipment for material and it will take couple more days. I asked for refund Mr jerry never liked that !!!!!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE.

Poor customer service is an understatement. I ordered 8 tee-shirts and was told a 2 week turnaround. I was asked to pay in full upfront, which is I did, but found unusual (typically, a deposit is made). I asked to receive a sample of the tee-shirt before the order was processed. I never received a call to preview sample. And after going to the store 3 times (each time being told that the order was underway) and calling 2 times over a 5 week period, the order was finally ready for pick-up on my FOURTH visit to the store. The quailty of wordsmanship on the tee-shirt was beyond unacceptable. My company's logo was dipropionate in size and uncentered. I couldn't have been more disappointed! Needless to say, I will not patronize this business again and DO NOT recommend others do so either.

Where do I even start! J did not only do me wrong but our church as well ! He stitched our ushers jacket with a very very poor job! I went to him because there where no way my boys could afford new jackets again, which were new and they had worked so hard to pay for! He did not care, he acknowledged the bad work he did, how he had messed up all our jackets and yet told us, that’s the risk we took by taking it to his company! We got no credit for it, no nothing but an .... OH WELL, WE WILL TRY HARDER NEXT TIME IF YALL PURCHASE NEW JACKETS, BECAUSE THESE ARE DAMAGED AND I CANT OR WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!! I’ve never seen something like this by a company WHO calls themselves professional! I’m very disappointed not by the mistake they made, ( because we all make them from time to time) but not owning up to it! Not because he did it to me but to God! That was a church he disrespected! Very disappointed!

Ok , this place is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. First of all the job that they did was horrible! It looked like a kindergarten kid did it. Second of all they never even offered to give the money back for the mistake they did! And third of all they even asked the person that paid the blazers we took, to pay cash and they didn’t even give him a receipt, why? Who knows. That will be the last time I even take anything to these people very poor quality job was done and in my opinion dishonest. Don’t throw your money away go with real professionals to do whatever you need to get done. ??♀️

Initial invoice was paid on August 31st. Sign was to be installed multiple times throughout September but it never happened due to weather and the fact J was depending on someone else with a bucket truck to satisfy his customers. When his source didn't come through he wanted to charge us an additional $200 to rent a bucket truck. The total cost of this sign (installed) was $220 so to spend an additional $200 wasn't a solution for us, it was really just another problem. I wound up paying a friend of mine to take the panels out and drive them up to the store to have the vinyl put on. Once we receive the final product we weren't happy with the quality of the work and needed to pay an additional $25 to have them fix what we didn't think looked right. J wife helped fix the problem, and then J said "yeah I said would fix them but I didn't say I'd do it for free", which is where the additional $25 charge came from.. J told us he's be doing this for 15 years and he'll lose customers and gain more and some customers aren't worth having. The issue we had (and other issues) were obvious to us, two of our neighbors, two other local sign shops and his wife, but according to J we were just being picky. We paid the extra money and our signs are up, but as soon as we can afford to replace them, will be doing so. Just don't want the negative energy that came along with using this company

The lady I spoke to the first day was absolutely awesome. her dad was as nice as he could be. The breakdown happened when whoever the other guy is came into the picture. As an atypical person, I prefer to feel like the individual on the other side of the counter understands. A small problem that got fixed would have been a five star... But the attitude from the guy brings the satisfaction down. The problem was partly my fault... And I understand mistakes happen... But snippy attitudes aren't good for business.

I just wanted to thank everyone for my beautiful signs.They use quality materials and artwork. I had problems in the past at another sign store as their vinyl would peel off or crack.The products instant imprints uses has held up in the heat,cold and hot sun.Their business cards are also the nicest that I have found. I would definitely recommend them for your advertising needs.

The Carroll County Animal Shelter loves doing business with Instant Imprints. They suit us very well, always fast, friendly, and have whatever we are looking for. Great business!
