I honestly don’t understand how these places are still in business and don’t have half of their inventory stolen daily. It’s hard to find a sales associate that will actually help you if there is even one on the floor. Half the time I go in the stores and there are zero sells associates on the floor. They are all in the back together. Zero help from any of them even after you wander around the store for 10 minutes looking for something.

If I’m not ordering from Hibbett then I’m on the Nike app. All in all Hibbett is my go to for both my kids and my sneakers.

The customer service was fantastic from all parties on Sunday ! So friendly to my son who was all over the store , but the young lady didn’t mind at all attending to my child while I purchased a few items ! The on line experience was very quick nice ! DEAL !! I enjoyed this experience both ways
