I had noticed my tire pressure was low on my dodge charger on a Sunday didn’t know who to call until I got on google did some research got in touch with Gold Tire shop I needed my tire plugged called then was told to bring it in got there in & out less the 10 minutes On a “Sunday” Good Business I had to leave a Tip Thanks so much Gold Tire Shop!!

Ridiculous. Gave me a low “ out the door quote “ and after the install asked for double. I didn’t have it and so he took the new tire off and replaced it with the old one. Then told me to Leave and never come back. Don’t worry buddy.

Can't give LESS than 1 star, had my husband drive an hour saying they'd wait, when pulls in---on the phone with employee--they turn off lights and hang up....called immediately back and now different man says he's the owner and will not honor what the employee agreed to! drove 50 miles for what appears to be discriminatory discretion of service! Stay away from this type of business

If I could give them a negative 1000 stars, i would , listen to me very carefully never, and I mean never ever do business with this unprofessional company........I drove 40 minutes to them I told them I won't get there until 9 when they are about t to close, I got there and they were cutting off the lights, and I just talked to the guy 2 minutes prior telling him I was about to be there, and he told me to come on... they lied to me the whole time, and then a different person started answering the phone.. they Suck.....stay away from them at all cost.... They suck, They Suck, they suck

Omgosh the satisfaction level of over the top customer service!!!! I got two used tires from this location and they are in excellent condition! The owners were so welcoming and friendly (like me they don’t meet a stranger) I throughly enjoyed my experience and bit to mention the best price in town!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOLD TIRE SHOP for guaranteed great prices and EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! This family owned business made my day and entire weekend ?

GOLD TIRE SHOP806 Newnan Rd., Carrollton GA 30117I called ahead of time to see if they had my tire size. They had my tire, an unusual size (225 30 18) in stock. I arrived 20 minutes before closing. Repair time was about 10 minutes. They were fast, friendly, and professional. I would go here again.

While traveling thru Carrollton Ga from Destin to KY we had a blowout at 7pm so of course all tire shops were closed except Golds. Amazing and fast service!!! Also this gentleman is a true Man of God which made the service even better. Highly recommend

Fast, friendly, and efficient. Awesome service. I would highly recommend them. My daughter and I were pulling a horse trailer and had a blowout. We couldn’t find a tire anywhere. They had us back on the road in less than 15 minutes.

Hit a Pallet in the road in Carrollton. Was driving home from a band competition for my son in Rome, Georgia. Blew my tire and ruined my rim. Gold Tire Shop was the only thing available at 12:30 am. I woke up the owner when calling. He was a lilttle short but hey, I would be too if i was woken up at 12:30 am. They came and put on my spare and then we went to his shop and got a tire and a rim. Got me and my family back on the road and we had another two hours almost to get home. I'm very thankful they were availabale and that they got the job done.

I called this place on 10-18-22 at 8:20pm with blown tire needing assistance. When I call the tire tech Tells me that’s it’s too cold to come out and to have a nice day before hanging up. it’s 44 degrees outside ok so never mind that your 24hrs I will never call this place a day in my life thanks for leaving me stranded.

I went last Sunday to get tires. Gomer, the owner, offered new ones which was fine... but the kicker... they put the wrong size tires on my car after showing me the correct size tires. Came back today, a week later after having my local mechanic inspect it because of how my car was driving (mind you the owner of the tire shop test drove my car after i left and returned when i realized how loud and off balanced the tires were and said it was the tire treads being new and it would get better) the owner says sorry I'll replace with new tires but I'll have to pay an extra $150 on top of the 570 i spent for the tires in the first place that were wrong...I came back to get the tires with the intention of telling him I'm not paying because they were at fault....they not only take 2 hours to get my tires on but they break my lug nut and had to call someone to fix it. Scammers do not go to this shop

Thank goodness, they're open on a Sunday morning! (I walked out my door to find my tire flat.) Not a luxurious place, but used tires as well as new, and quick, friendly service! (Even Muchacha, the dog is friendly!) Yes, definitely recommend.
