When I go in here to pay my bill the ladies are always very nice to me take care of me very well speak to me in a very kind way always thanked me for my business and tell me to have a nice day and I tell them to have a nice day too. I have been doing business here since the 80's and I have always been happy with Farm Bureau. They are a great company and have always lived up to their name. They have never let me down when it's come to my claims and taking care of my car and my home I am very happy with this company.

Rates are competitive; I do shop at least once a year. Cannot comment on claims, I’ve never had one. The only advantage I see is farm liability, most others do not deal in. Customer service deserves less than 1 star. My agent does not show the least bit of interest in me and does not seem to know how his company operates and for that matter neither do the people in Macon. If you pay using your bank, GFB does not accept electronic payments. The bank has to mail a paper check which is fine with me, saves me the cost of a stamp and only requires a few clicks of the mouse. The problem is GFBs billing cycle is 2 weeks. Once they mail the bill you have 2 weeks or its late. That’s 3 days for your bill to arrive, 8 days before bank will mail check, 3 more days in postal service, couple weekends and its always late. I’m not a young fella, been paying bills for a long time. Georgia Farm Bureau needs to get with the program. And one other thing, Carroll county office seems to have more than adequate staffing, think of the entire state.

It's an insurance company, so no reason to be very excited. Several years back, I went looking for lower rates but GFB still beat all the others. Don't try calling them around a holiday: they close early.

I had a problem with my house 3 leaks and this insurance company refused to help me after being with them for more than 16 years. One of his inspectors looked at the 3 wet areas inside the house and sent me the miserable amount of 250 dollars... I had no choice but to put my own money in the amount of ...... 5000 cash... To solve my problem, I filed a complaint with the FARM BUREAU offices IN CARROLLTON G.A.. AND NOBODY COULD HELP ME... UNTIL TODAY... 2/24/2020...

Worst place to get auto insurance. They thank you for being a loyal customer by jacking up your rates every 6 months for having a perfect driving record,you might as well go to another place where they don't do this
