They completely chopped my teenage son’s hair that he had been growing for a while. He wanted a modern mullet with shut short around the ear, showed them a picture of the exact cut he had before. I had my smaller son with me and wasn't standing there and watching. When I go to check process she had cut off 3 inches all over and my son looked like an 80s PE teacher. To make things worse we had to change the entire cut which was not at all what my son wanted. The woman asked for assistance by another stylist and she messed it up further and began to be very rude…. I am rightfully upset and so is my son but I wasn’t NOT rude. She acted as if what they did to my sons hair was my fault the stylist and she messed it up. No one was apologetic and tried to say it’s just hair it’ll a grow back. I told her saying that to a child is not productive. After that, She told me I should just cut his hair if I knew so much.
If you have a boy and want a MODERN haircut that teenagers in 2024 want… look elsewhere because this place is not up with the times and they have awful customer service skills.

I went to get my hair done in December and the lady stayed after hours to finish my hair and I definitely will be back!!! She was nice and polite. The vibe was amazing!

Definitely recommend you ask for Brooke if you want any color done . She has always given me what i ask for . Can always get me like my inspo pic she says it won’t be as the picture but she can try and ends up doing is exactly the way i want it:)))! i’m so happy with every result she gives me . she got me so blonde after i went back to dark hair . McKenzie did my bayalage and I love it. I'm going back in a few weeks to get it intensified but that cause my hair had color previously so it didn't take as well as we had hoped. I absolutely love it though! Just the shakeup I wanted!!!

Made an appt. for my teen for help with suitable haircut, explaining just what we wanted. I would not describe this employee as a hair stylist. She looked at me never saying a word or acknowledged what I was saying. She went to work never speaking to my son or asking him what he wanted as she went along. However, she did see fit to speak to the other employees. We left with the same haircut only too short. Will not go back again.Service: Haircut
