I recently had the pleasure of working with Garner collision, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their level of customer service, communication, and efficiency.From the moment I contacted them about my car accident, their team was incredibly responsive and attentive. They were able to schedule an appointment for me to bring in my car for an estimate within a few days, which was much sooner than I had expected.During the estimate appointment, their staff took the time to thoroughly examine my car and explain the repairs that would be necessary. They also provided me with a detailed breakdown of the cost and timeline for the repairs, which was very helpful.Throughout the entire repair process, Garner collision maintained excellent communication with me. They provided frequent updates on the status of my car, including photos of the progress, and were always available to answer any questions I had.To top it all off, Garner collision completed the repairs earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Worst experience in my life. They oversprayed the interior of my new truck and tried to deny it. I addition to the interior, chrome wheels and side rails oversprayed. Every panel installed was crooked with missing screws, broken clips, damaged trim. It took a whole year to repair half of the damage they did. Forced to take Kenny to court. Overall he’s a nice guy. But the quality of work done on my car is just not okay. I’ve had a shop in marietta do my normal body work, but tried this shop based on a recommendation and because it was closer to home. There was and still is orange peel on the side they painted/blended. The shell of my side mirror they painted isn’t fully coated, and the trim above the mirror that they blended with is orange peeled. There’s scratches in the paint where they put the door handle back on, seems like it wasn’t dry enough when they did. They somewhat corrected some of the orange peel I pointed out by the tire well and at the bottom of the doors, but obviously I’d had to have circled everything for them to fix it all, cause they did not take it upon themselves to make sure it was correct when returning it to me the second time. He did good work on my moms car before, so not sure if someone new is doing the work, or if they were just in too big of a hurry to do it correctly. Body work was okay, paint was where it was lacking.Services: Painting

My son is in college in Carrollton and was in an accident. Garner was recommended by the insurance adjuster. They were so easy to work with, so friendly and professional. The work was done on time and done well. They even washed the truck and cleaned the inside of it before he picked it up. It was a real relief to get to work with a business that was so honest and did great work when I am over 2 hours away and could not visit the business in person. Highly recommend them!
