I'm currently paying for a 2014 Nissan from here and I will say it is a breath of fresh air to have honest people in the shop and behind the desk. If you are looking for a car I would definitely recommend them. They will work with you as long as you communicate in most situations. (everyone's gotta make money)

Car broke down while being in the middle of nowhere six hours away from my destination and was waiting for hours for other tow trucks to show up and then never end up coming. Got ahold of Frontier and they came as quickly as they could, picked up the car, and took us to a hotel. Worked ALL NIGHT to get it fixed for us to leave in the morning. THE BEST service I have ever had!! So kind and sweet and really did everything they possibly could to help make this bad situation better. Would 1000% recommend them and they will do anything for their customers. Need more people like them in the world.

"We Shoot You Straight" On Thursday Sept 1, 2022 around 10/11pm ET Frontier Towing and Recovery was contacted by Car-Mart to repossess my daughter's car (owned and paid for by her mother) in Rome, GA. On Saturday the 3rd I took possession of the car from her mother and traveled to the Car-Mart Rome, GA location to get her car back to my daughter. The manager of the Car-Mart was helpful, she explained that the car was having a hard time starting and appeared to have a dead battery. I thought that was odd knowing that my daughter had drove it on Thursday so after several minutes and two different boost packs so I asked if I could look at it. Upon inspection I found that the ground cable was off the battery. I put the battery cable on and the alarm went off. After securing the battery cable I asked my other daughter to pull the car out of their gate because they parked it right next to another car. At this point I noticed that the drivers side fender had a fresh dent and crease in it. So my daughter starts the car up and I walk back into the store to give the manager her jump pack back. While we were talking about the situation my daughter walks in and says that the car will not go into gear. I walk back to the car and sure enough the shifter moved to each gear and neutral but the transmission would not shift from park. After jumping through many hoops I was finally told by Car-Mart that Frontier was the company that was contracted to pick up the car.So I call and a representative answered the phone. While explaining that the car had a dented fender and the transmission wasn't shifting I was put on hold. This whole time my other car was running so every once in a while my car's Bluetooth would interrupt our conversation. When the line picked up it was the owner Greg. Greg explained that while in the process of recovering the vehicle the towing tech advised the owner that he couldn't get the car to shift out of park. The owner Greg stated that the shift lock system on the car would not work so the tech had to break the cable. I then asked Greg how he planned on fixing this issues that he just admitted his employee created. "Nothing, what do you want me to do about it?" he said. I explained that I was over an hour and a half away from home and that I needed him to either send someone to fix it or tow it to my house. He chuckled and said he wasn't going to do either one and I asked why is that he said he has a hold harmless agreement with Car-Mart. I explained to him that I was not going to accept this and that he needed to make it right. He said he had a mechanic on the way to fix another vehicle on the car lot. I thanked him for that and we waited. Once the mechanic finished his repair on the other car he looked at the car and said " Yup, its broke." I asked if he could fix it, his reply was that he wasn't told to fix it by his boss. Then he proceeded to explain to me that sometimes when cars are pulled out of parking spaces this happens. I let him know that his boss admitted that the tow tech broke it because he "couldn't get the shift lock to work" and he said yeah its hard to get them to work sometimes... So here we are, 1.5 hours from home with a broke vehicle that the towing company broke and neither them nor Car-Mart were taking responsibility for it. I tried to call Frontier back numerous times to get them to tow it to my house, but their 24/7 number would always go to Voice Mail which was full. I don't expect Greg to make this right, I just want others to know if you deal with either Frontier Towing and Recovery or Frontier Auto Sales that you're not going to get treated like you should. It's apparent that Greg is not a man of his word.

Greg, Debi and the staff at Frontier are some of the best people we have had the pleasure to “meet”. Our youngest daughter and two friends were traveling through GA on their way to SC for the holiday weekend. To shorten an incredibly long story, after trying to secure towing and repair with a roadside assistance program/provider, we were fortunate to find Frontier via a Google search. Debi arranged for their tow truck to retrieve the car and girls from I-20 where they were stranded. They secured the needed alternator, repaired the car and very kindly delivered it to the girls in the very late hours of the evening. Their kindness, professionalism, knowledge and care resulted in the girls reaching their destination the next day. The owners and staff went above and beyond our expectations. Their charges were exceedingly reasonable as well. Call Frontier first if you need a tow truck or service for your vehicle, you’ll be very happy with the results!Service: Electrical

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had in the service industry. Was told I needed a motor and a transmission. Went to get a second opinion. It was a throttle body. $89 part fixed everything their quote was $4300. My sister had a similar experience, they said needed a transmission and it was that the intake was stopped up. Quick oil and lube fixed the problemFor $35, Frontier quoted $2100.
