I had purchased some recliners from Farmers. Sales was great and wasnt pushy at all. I noticed that the wireless charging station on the floor model wasnt working properly but didnt think anything of it but i told them I did not want to floor model. We made the purchase a few days later. After they set the couches in the house and plugged everything up, i noticed that the charger was not charging properly. Either these couches come with bad chargers or they gave me the floor model. Unfortunately i dont have proof if they sent me the floor model or not.
What bothered me was when I called service, they kept telling me that the service guy would be in tomorrow but when tomorrow would come they would give me the same answer. When I finally got in touch with service a few days later, they said I would have to use my extended warranty to cover for labor. (If extended warranty is not used after 2 years, it can be used as a credit for their store) It’s a brand new couch. couch was delivered saturday and i called first thing Monday morning. It’s not my problem that yall sent me a defective couch and i dont think its right to have to use my extended warranty to fix it.

If I could give less than one star I would !!!! Got a recliner almost a year ago and I barely had it 3 mths before they were fixing something on it, now it’s messed up again and for 3 days they would not return my calls about fixing it again so now I call them back AGAIN and all of a sudden they are saying I didn’t buy an extended warranty so it won’t be getting fixed!! They are waiting for a response from whomever to tell them what to do about it, so I have to keep paying on a broken recliner????? BET I DONT…not a way to do people farmers!!!

Most God awful service I've ever had from a furniture company. My delivery time was too close to closing time so their driver lied and said I didn't answer the phone, he never called. All this after a week and a half of giving then the same info over and over just to get financing after I paid half down

If I could give no stars I would!! My mother purchased a table from this place in 2022- and she was only sitting in one of the chairs and notice the screws were falling out, so she went to homedepot to buy wood glue to make the screws stay because they kept falling out!! She then decicded to glue the rest of the chairs but screws where missing out of the chairs. This was schocking, because they put the chairs togeather at her home and failed to use all the screws to keep the chairs together. My Mom is 62 years old and paid over 400.00 for this table that should last her for years not just one year and starts to fall apart!! While on the phone with Glenn he insinuated that we were lying about the screws being missing as if my 62 year old mother took the screws out of the table!!! for what, and why lie!! beware of purchaing items from this store, they don't make furniture like they use to but they have the price on it with poor quality!!! You all should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advanatage of elderly people!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

Ordered the catnapper Justine collection from the carrollton georgia location and it was delivered yesterday and I couldn’t be happier. They forgot to be bring 3 of my pillows with the delivery and when I called the store to tell them, they apologized and said they would bring them back the next day. However, shortly after that call, a lady from the store called me informing me she lived in my area and would drop them off on her way home from work. And she did! Now you really don’t get customer service like that anymore. Thank you Carrollton Farmers Home Furniture!
