This was my first visit at Elle Salon. I am so very please with the welcome I received from this salon. My color and cut have not looked this great in years. Lindsey was very professional and listen to all my concerns and took her time with me. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to come to this Aveda salon.
Specialties: Lindsey is very talented with applying color to look so natural.
Hair type: My hair is naturally curly however with age it’s has changed some I have sensitive scrap and more white hair than my natural color.
Stylist: Lindsey was so patient with me and calm my fears with having to find a new hair stylist in GA.

I went here for the first time to have my haircut by Emily. She was very nice and gentle with my hair which I appreciate. I love my hair! She did great it was exactly what I was asking for. I am happy with my hair and will definitely go back to her! Thank you Emily ❤️?.

Wish I could give more stars! Abbey did a fantastic job on our hair. We absolutely loved it! Lindsey also did my daughter’s hair the first time and did a great job! Nothing but great reviews from my family. We will definitely schedule again for any future hair care needs!

Great women, good characters but I’m just a little confused, I waited patiently all day for Mrs.April to call me. But I received no call or response. I went yesterday for a full color & cut. I’m not going super into detail but two weeks ago I paid for half of my service. I must have booked the service wrong seeing I got emails how it was changed. Never got an email which showed if my charges were changed, so I assume pricing was the same. Going into my appointment I knew I only owed the other half of what I booked. I got there early, did research, got told we couldn’t do what I wanted. Totally fine. We change it. We talk, had good conversation. skip to when I’m paying. I get told my charge is 50$ more than I expected. I asked if my deposit I paid was added & was told yes. On my receipt it shows no discount for my deposit. I was told it was applied to my “full color service” but what I am being charged for on my receipt is for 3 services; Full color -cut - accessory pieces- ( was supposed to be a peek-a-boo) . I paid for half of my full color & cut 2 weeks prior. I was fine with paying for whatever extra I needed too but still confused why I was being charge for the full price of those services. I don’t see where any deposit was included in my price. Nothing is listed on the receipt. Was told my price changed when the stylist changed my services. But was never told about any price increase. I was fine with changing my service to fit my budget a little more. We could have cut out any extra. Was told I would receive a call or text today to speak to the owner again, after being told yesterday “our policy is no refunds so I would have to go to the stylist & let her know you are unhappy with your service & want your money back” as I was trying hard to stretch the fact the hair wasn’t the problem, was it what I wanted ? No, was I okay with it, yeah it’s fine. Was it worth the full amount I was actually charged. No. Which is over 200$. For 3 services. Again, I was willing to change to fit my budget. No where online or on the page on Facebook does it say anything about a refund policy, or them not giving any type of refund, which I was only asking for 50$, which I felt is what I was being over charged. All I asked for was a call back, but the fact that I’m just being ignored is crazy? & I just want to say I still tipped after feeling like I was over charged. The Stylist wasn’t the issue, only wish she would have mentioned the pricing/increase. Kinda wish she would have listen to more of what I was saying, I pretty much was begging for short layers & still ended up with long layers, kept being told “if the cuts not right just come back in” which made me feel weird. I could have went like another 3 inches shorter.

Was looking for a salon in Carrollton since my hairdresser went on maternity leave and found Elle. I had a new client appointment with Allison T. and she was AMAZING! The color, cut, every attention to detail was great! I totally recommend her!

I highly recommend Emily! I hadn’t been in a salon in a while due to a bad experience and was worried, she helped me feel better about being in a salon. It was a wonderful experience!

If you go here, I do not recommend Lindsey.A few weeks ago I had an appointment with her and she was acting off and not her usual self.When my hair was done I was devastated. My hair looked nothing like my inspo picture. My roots were a purplish red, there was a brown band of my natural color and my ends were the only correct color. I started having a panic attack and just wanted to pay and get out. She tried to gaslight me and tell me that’s how she always does my hair and “it was the same color as my ends” then even put the ends of my hair to my roots before realizing she was wrong and finally stopped talking over me. Before I left she offered to fix it at no charge since I was paying her that day.I made an appointment for it to be fixed 2 weeks later. The day of my scheduled re-service, she was opening the door to let a client out and saw me then walked out the door and into the back alley. When she finally came back inside the salon to fix my hair she told me she couldn’t do my roots and would only dye my ends darker or blend it into my ends and ruin my pretty ginger color as well my roots that she had already ruined.I told her I’m not doing that and she told me to come back yet another day to re-do my roots at FULL PRICE.So she never fixed my hair nor did she give me a refund or discount. She continues to lie and tell her coworkers that I didn’t like the prices even though I paid nearly $400 my first visit and around $160 to $180 plus a generous tip at every appointment FOR A YEAR. She also told them I don’t want my hair bleached .. I’ve been getting my hair bleached and colored since I was 13. I know hair has to be bleached in order to go lighter. At this point, I don’t want Lindsey or any of them for that matter touching my hair, since they think she acted appropriately and think my roots look ginger/copper. I didn’t want to do this. I gave them 3 weeks to fix their mistake. I’ve called and my sister, who is a hair stylist in another state, have called repeatedly. I’ve spoke with owner and she told me she would call me back but she ghosted me instead.Services: Haircut
