Great experience, great customer service, and quick turn around for servicing my cart! I originally called to get a quote on replacing the batteries on my golf cart, not only did they give me a great price for that , I found out they offer pick up and delivery for the cart at a very reasonable price. My whole experience with Elite Golf Cars was top notch! I highly recommend Elite Golf Cars!

I recommend going elsewhere after my experience. They kept my golf cart for 3 weeks only to inform me there was no fix for the rear end noise I was experiencing. Then I found out they never diagnosed the rear end noise because they didn’t have a technician qualified to perform the work or the ability to locate the part. They told me repeatedly the part they assumed was bad was no longer available. Upon picking up the golf cart, I took the rear end apart myself, ordered a clutch kit online and replaced the damaged part at home. Never again will I use their services or recommend them.

We went in several times to look at carts. Finally decided on one after Daniel explained a lot about the Evolution company. We didn't know enough about it to step away from the big 3. I'm glad we spoke with him and bought an Evolution cart. Elite guys above and beyond to help customers.

We just had both of our golf carts picked up, serviced, and some extensive work done and accessories added to one of them. Price was good and reasonable. Daniel walked us through everything and kept us updated every step. Thanks as always Elite!

We came by on Saturday just to look around. They had such a good selection òf golf carts. We came back on Monday and decided to buy one. (The little grandson picked it out) We go a great deal and came back Tuesday to pick up our new Golf cart. We highly recommend Elite Golf Cars. They are very friendly

Extra nice young man. We went in for a repair. He came right out and unloaded our golf cart and when we went back to pick it he had it loaded by the time we paid the nice lady in the office. A lot of businesses could take lessons from them on how to treat their customers. My husband has severe back problems and I have several problems myself. We are so thankful for the way this young man did. Thank you so much.

They came TO MY HOUSE to adjust the brakes that had previously been worked on. Showed me how to adjust them myself if needed in the future. How may places have that kind of customer service these days?

The reviews here are much different than mine. They put a part on my 36 volt to make it faster and I’ve had problems ever since. 3 months ago they told me they would pick my cart back up and fix. 3 months ago! I honestly think they are more interested in selling new carts rather than be a service center. That would be just fine if that’s what I was told. I’d take my cart elsewhere if you need service done.

My mom bought 600$ worth of batterys from this place and got one use out of them, I wouldn't use the buisness. If they will take advantage of a handicapped woman then they will do it to anybody.
