This is another retail pharnacy chain I will no longer give my business. Prescription was called in two days ahead of surgery and it still was not ready on day of surgery. The young lady working at the front desk was obviously overwhelmed and she would not even try to help. I'm done with corporate pharmacies. I will stick to the locals.

Good store everything is overcharged though. I go elsewhere before I ever get anything here.

It was so bad. The lady if you want to call her one because a lady doesn't supposedly suppost to ack like that. She is so rude if I could've gotten my Rx anywhere else I would have. Any other time I would put her on the ground. Because I know it doesn't take that long to do what she was doing. I wish they would fire her. She thinks she is better than others and she is not!

I normally use Publix pharmacy, but they were out of a medication that I needed so I decided to try CVS. I called ahead to check if they medication was in stock. After being placed on hold for the associate to ask the pharmacist, she came back to tell us that she could give us that information. Despite calling pharmacies before and never having this issue, I didn't push the matter. When we came to the drive thru to drop off the script, we were told that he had to check with the pharmacist to see if the medication was available. Then we were told to drive around and come back to the window. Please note that no one was behind us at any point. Then we sat in the car for 15 mins only for him to hand us the script and say literally nothing. He just stared as if he was trying to find words. We simply took the script and left. The entire staff seems incompetent and needs an overhaul or serious training.

Despite the Doctor’s recommendations and submitting prescriptions well ahead of time, it’s irrelevant. Visiting the Pharmacy repeatedly for four days straight, inquiring about the refill, leads nowhere; their constant response is “come tomorrow.” The excuse? They’re behind schedule. Arguing with these pharmacists is futile; they have complete control and there is absolutely nothing anyone can do. Seek out different pharmacies.

Received a text that the scrip was ready, but when I got here was told it would be an hour. Heard other people being directed to other stores - saying this store did not have it in stock. I heard two people referred to Ingles!

This is the worst pharmacy ever! While I there to get my prescription on my lunch hour they shut down right in front of me! Absolutely ZERO customer service. I will never spend another dime with CVS. I highly recommend you do business elsewhere.

Would love to give negative stars but it doesn't allow that. The pharmacist seems incompetent and not sure what hes doing. The staff are no better. Half the staff has no idea how to say the medicine names nor can they spell them. Wait times us days to fill scripts that are needed now. Horrible service find somewhere else to go.

Very rude pharmacy! I called to check my prescription due to it being “in process” for 5 days and was met with the first woman who just put me on hold for 10 minutes and the second one who was just outright rude. I remember why I left this place the first time.

The pharmacy is very, very slow. Plus, they do not notify when prescriptions are ready for pickup. Lastly, my prescriptions stay “in process” until I call and select the “notify the pharmacy you are on the way option.” Prescriptions have remained “in process” for a week or more. Unacceptable.

I was sold a Apple gift card that was voided. I called Cvs back and was told sorry we can’t help you . The Apple Store was the one that told me the card was bad because it had been voided.

These people have to have the rudest pharmacy associates ever. They need to clean house and just start over. Just rude, and super unfriendly. CVS should really look into this location. Seriously if you hate your job so much find a new one! ESPECIALLY the lady that sits in the “Drop Off” area ‘directing’ to the consultation area because she is “busy” on the companies computer. Grow up & find something else to do.

The Pharmacy department is so unprofessional, as I was asking a question to one associate She is over talked by another associate and talking at me about my prescription. And she was not the associate helping me. Very unprofessional and needs additional training in customer service. The CVS on Bankhead hwy Carrollton.It shows the Manager of this pharmacy doesn't care they does not reply to post.

I was waiting to get pills for my client before they closed for lunch. Barely got a hello, one tech told me she would be right with me, but continued working. I was there at 1:09 pm… at 1:20 I was still standing there, and a man walked up to the tech and sweet talks her, and she proceeds to help him. This isn’t the first time I have seen her just not want to help anyone on the front.
