Great place for first time renters, small quiet community and reasonable pricing. Maria in the office is very responsive and has been since i first reached out. I toured multiple times and she took us to multiple units to find the best fit. And our maintenance man is always working his hardest and is always very friendly to everybody who stays here. Great place to look into!

If you are looking for a first time renter’s friendly apartment, this is the perfect place for you! Within the first two weeks of me reaching out about the property, I was already taken on multiple tours. Maria in the front office is great, she communicates fast and accommodates you the best way she can. The maintenance here is also amazing, I’ve seen him pressure wash this entire building within my first few days here and let’s just say he did an amazing job! They are super friendly, friendly neighborhood, quiet, and affordable! So if you’re looking for somewhere this is definitely a great option.

Wonderful place to live! They are amazing at the front office, especially Maria! If you ever need help (new/old renters) please go see her! She’s a sweetheart and will help with any problem.

It is unbelievable how this company deals with people trying to rent an apartment. After my son "pays" to fill out an application, submits all documentation needed he hears nothing. He and I leave messages, send emails and still nothing but "we will let you know". After a month of waiting they call 3 days before move in date and say "you have been accepted". WOW!!! No thank you, if we waited for you any longer my son would have been homeless. I wonder how many people "pay" for applications and hear nothing? Easy application money for this complex I guess.

I have been searching for a new apartment for a few weeks with a reasonable price of rent. I contacted the office and scheduled a tour. I received all the information I needed and I am glad that they answered quickly compared to other places where they don’t return your calls. The apartment is a bit small but I really like it and the area. I also like that they have a laundry facility and a picnic/ grilling area for the summer months to come. I have submitted an application and hope to get accepted!

This is My 2nd time writing a Review on this complex. & it is MY RIGHT to leave a review . I don’t know what the management Dreamstone has to hide here . But no need to erase my reviews . These are very rude & inconsiderate people . Specifically the rent lady in the office here, short Hispanic women . Very unprofessional & no hospitality. The apartments are not worth the rent . 1bd 1bth less than 1,0000sq ft is almost $1k a month . Very bad bugs . Pest control comes but doesn’t really work . The only people with hospitality that I met here was 1st property manager Gia & Hispanic male which was Maintenance here for 15 years are no longer here & maintenance guy chose to leave because of poor management..Nice looking from outside but I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone

I’ve recently moved in and was really impressed with the customer service provided. All of my questions were answered in such a timely manner. So far I love being here. It is quiet and calm, exactly what I was looking for.

I moved in at the height of the pandemic when the cost of rent was pretty good and I was honestly desperate. Honestly the best thing out of this complex is the maintenance man. He’s so hardworking and always very kind.Apartments are small, there’s no room for hardly any belongings. If you have a bed bigger than full size, you’re not going to have any room to move around your bedroom, not to mention no room for even a dresser. Rent has gone up an exuberant amount, almost $1000 a month for a roach infested closet basically. And you know it’s roach infested when YOU have to pay for a company to come out EVERY MONTH to spray and it still doesn’t come close to solving the problem. No new amenities to supplement for the massive price increase. The portal to pay rent, request maintenance and access important documents hasn’t been functional in months, making it inconvenient and harder to pay rent in time.Complex has been bought out by new companies 3-4 times since I’ve moved in, and there’s hardly ever anyone at the front office. I’ve come in, parked (during working hours) and waited hours before just leaving because there’s no one at the office. I advise looking around before settling here. Even if it cost more elsewhere, you WILL get more than you’ll ever get out of living here.

Nice area but not worth the price . 1bedrooms are $945 for small Sq Ft; no ceiling light in living rooms . Motel A/C Units; No Ventilation over the stoves; & worst, pest inspection. Lots of Roaches, spiders, Spider beds & bats . Have paid for pest with own expenses after informing management . It is unsafe for the children . The spiders constantly surrounds around my front door & porch after cleaning them out or pest control leaves, their back next day .. it gets worst then the pics show

Shandrika Henson denied me and my girlfriend after telling us a credit score of 520 or higher was acceptable. My girlfriend credit score was 660 and we made four times the rent for the apartment. Shandrika Henson sent a letter saying that my girlfriend credit score was risky. We called RENTGROW after Shandrika Henson instructed us to do, the RENTGROW AGENT looked over our application AND they completely told us that they told Shandrika Henson that we should be approved because we met all the requirements that they asked for. Shandrika Henson denied us off her bias and racism intentions. I will be filing a complaint with the Housing Authority of Carrollton. Because this madness has to stop to where you have racist property managers denying you for meeting their requirements.

I would recommend anyone this quite everyone to their self neighborhood. It’s prefect due to every store, gas station, restaurants and grocery store is all walking distance from the busiest local highway of Carrollton, Ga. The new office assistant is great. She is very welcoming, consistent and reliable. She make sure your home of stay is comfortable, very professional, she is consistently in her work ethic and have a great personality. I wouldn’t recommend another assistant to run the front desk. You can tell she loves her job and profession.

I love the location of the apartments! Its in walking distance to shopping and not only that the management is so responsive. Prices are affordable and the grounds are immaculate! I love this place! If you are looking to rent this is the place to be!
