I really loved this bank and how easy it seemed to bank with them virtually since I don’t go in person but I’m really questioning their customer service now. I set up an external transfer through the BANK OZK app. It would’ve been an external coming FROM my savings account at my credit union TO my bank ozk checking account. I did the test deposits like the app asked. Logged back in and put the amounts in. The app approved the verification. I made the transfer. I get an email a few days later saying my transfer has been rejected. I call bank ozk. The “digital team” tells me I need to send proof of account ownership for my credit union account. No big deal. I send what I have because it’s a savings account. I don’t have checks. I don’t have monthly statements. They still reject saying they can’t verify who I am even though an employee can also verify this information is mine and I am who I say I am. I understand fraud protection but if I’m trying to send you documents that show who I am and now I have a large amount of money floating around because I can’t send a voided check?! Not many people I know have checks from their savings account!!!

This is the absolute worst bank ever. They have gave us the run around all week about $2500 there ATM took the money we put in there. It was our daughter spring break money we saved for over 6months we put it in the ATM to post before we left Friday. We lost the money at the ATM is bowodn they would not count the ATM down they kept saying Saturday now it's Monday and they ruined a 5 year olds first spring break and our first with her. They don't stand behind there customers and for sure are not there to help. They can't even say if they found it when counted down when that was Thursday. We have police report and nobody will pull cameras from the bank for us to prove we where there at the ATM. When we get the money back we will be leaving this bank 15 years or not it's trash.

Excellent customer service! I've recently taken a position with a local group who bank here. Getting the paperwork set up and changes made was a piece of cake thanks to Tina and Angela!

Very rude white lady in the front desk, as soon as we rang to come in she kept asking us “where you born here?!” Instead of asking the more appropriate question which is “are you a u.s citizen or a legal resident!! Not that hard!! Literally all we came in for was to open a checking account . She kept asking for our passport and repeatedly kept asking “ where you born here “ like 4x after I repeatedly done told her I was a natural born citizen and my husband is a green card holder, we had our social security and our driver license, we have Bank of America and never had this problem , all we wanted was to try this bank since it’s closer to our home, never thought I would deal with an uncomfortable situation. Very bad service with minority people! I hope they can learn from this mistake ! We left as well!
