Highly recommend Carroll VW. They did amazing with my car. They fixed my timing issues, my e-brake was inop, replaced my fans, radiator, clutch, and fixed multiple wiring issues. Lowered cars aren't the easiest to work on, but they did great work.

Great pricing. I received the list of work to be done and was pleasantly surprised. It has been years since the vehicle has had a service other than an oil change. The dash lights were all on and the service to be done was cheaper than I ever thought it would be. Thank you Carroll VW.

The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because the first time I delt with them they seemed pretty okay but since then everytime I've called they've given me rude attitude and have sounded annoyed with answering my questions (quotes on work to get done).Service: Transmission replacement

Waste of my time and money. Should’ve taken it to the dealer for a thorough diagnosis. Would’ve saved me $600 and a lot of back and forth. On top of that these folks still have the key to my car ?

2013 sport wagon 2.5 not passing emissions. I have had this problem for 4 years. Other service centers could not fix the problem. Every year I would have to clear the codes and drive the car to get it to pass the test. This year it did not work.Not any more. It is fixed. NO service light.
