Everyone there truly cares about your fur babies! I highly recommend them. They are kind, patient and caring. For the past several years I have entrusted them with my doggies.

Great treatment for Frank. She was spoiled by lacy and the doctor was insightful and thorough. I received help on placing kittens from the front desk. Reasonable price, top notch treatment

They have great veterinarian care. For multiple species. Plus boarding . They have in-house lab, X-ray, pharmacy and clinical areas. They move pretty quickly. Not a big fan for billing and advertising in clinic, but this is par for most vets.

Our dog was panting heavy and started to show worrisome signs. Took him to here on a Sunday. Sign out front said open till 7pm 7 days a week. It was closed and locked at 5:30 pm. My wife called the number and they tried to send us to Lithia Springs (almost an hour away in good traffic). Our dog died in my arms in your parking lot because ya'll closed early.

I absolutely love this place! They saved my baby and I literally mean they saved her. We loss a 3 month old pup to parvo and then 3 days after his passing this sweet girl got sick and we were able to get an appointment for her the same day I called worried and they took her in and she was hospitalized for 3 days because of parvo as well and I was allowed to visit her as much as I needed to! Now thanks to everyone here my sweet girl Dallas is back home happy and healthy and eating again! I couldn’t recommend this place enough! I now will be bringing all my fur babies here! ❤️❤️

They were unable to see my sick pet because we did not have an appointment. My pets illness was obviously not scheduled. We were able to go to a vet in Cave Springs who was kind enough to work out pet into the schedule.

Last year I moved home from NC and brought my boxer in to be seen about her ear. I was quoted roughly $200 for her to be seen about an irritated ear, 2 shots and a flea pill. Got hit was a $519 bill at checkout. Come to find out the doctor done serval test and cultures on her that I strongly declined during our visit. They do not care about your pet, they only want your money. Also, after reading these reviews, I wouldn’t trust them to touch a potato.Im sure Adrian will reply in the most rudest way possible to try to cover up their mistakes like she does on every other google review :)Take your pet and money to All Pets And Paws right down the road. They are wonderful!

Great staff and doctors. I have been taking my various pups there for 10 years and always felt like they were knowledgeable and friendly.

Great facility with really sincere and caring staff. My baby had a non-life threatening emergency. It was a Saturday late afternoon and the wait was long due to being a walk-in. About 2 hours. However the "patients" in the waiting room and their parents were all super friendly and made the time go by. Once see my Jagger was fixed up quickly and he is recovering great! I recommend an appointment but very good animal hospital.

A lot of these 1 star reviews are unfair. I’ve taken all of my pets here for various reasons. All surgeries were handled well. Vaccines go smooth. My euthanasia appointment was handled with kindness and empathy. Prices are affordable for services offered. You are 100% financially responsible for wellbeing when you get a pet, and giving the hospital a 1star when you can’t afford it isn’t fair. The vets are not miracle workers. They shouldn’t be reprimanded for being unable to save a case that’s too far gone. The burnout is very real in the field and the vet to pet ratio has decreased significantly. When visiting the hospital a little empathy towards the staff will go a long way. They’re doing their best to help you and your family.

After a poor experience with another vet, these people truly cared about my Lily girl!! She is asthmatic and I needed loads of guidance on how to handle this new situation. They printed off pictures of where I could purchase everything from enzymes to inhaler attachments. Incredibly thankful for Dr Willis and her techs!!

I unfortunately had to get my dog put down due to kidney failure. I opted to have her cremated. I picked up her ashes and when I got home I realized they gave me the wrong dogs foot print. I called the office and they said they were "looking" for my dogs actual paw print. This was December 19th. They said give them until after Christmas since the staff that was there that night would be back in office. I called for an update after Christmas and still nothing. As of today no one has followed back up with me. If you had your dog cremated around that time and they were a large dog with golden hair, might want to check your paw print.
