Went in to purchase two cell phones they had no Samsung phone which thats what we were looking to by was told to go online anyways cause it was cheaper we ordered online bought the phone this was February 26, 2023 the phone was surpose to come on March 3rd got a message my phone was delivered but they was not so I reported my package lost or stolen contacted ups they took care of me as far as sending the refund back to boost mobile but when I go to call boost mobile they wanted a police report so I went that and they gave me this email to send it to and everytime I send it to them it take up to 24 to 48 hours for someone to call you back just to tell you they did not receive it. It is June and I have still yet to get my 641.00 I spent for the phones I do not have.. Went to the boost mobile stores more than one once no help and they are telling me there is only one way to send this police report to them you can not fax it or mail it it has to be send to this email that does not work I have sent it to them thru every email I own even created a new one and I still get the same reponse so with me being with boost mobile for over 18 years I am taking my business some where else and I am out of my money and my phones. I am highly upset set and I am putting this out there so it does not happen to anyone else. Wish I would have never tried the online experience.

Absolutely no help again . I try and try to let these folks make it right , somehow it always continues wrong even more . These people will charge you for breathing the air in their store and the air won't work . Co.e on Boost you used to be so much better

The service was good...but now I have prepaid Verizon for $70.00 a month with unlimited everything including hotspot and I paid $60 a month with Boost with only 8GB.

Went to check them out and got greeted with an “ugh!â€, no hello, no how are you doing and nobody ever stood up. Really pretty store but awful people; at least the two girls that were there, they did not have any clue of what the meaning of customer service is. The cleanliness of the store was horrible too. Boost Mobile, please have more control of who all y'all hire because it seems like you guys do not care. This visit was awful, still got my phone but not from this store.

Ill nevee use them again..... Massively over priced on everything they tried to sell me a $90 dollar phone for $170.00 with a discount very rude people just trying to get over on people all prices are atleast $100.00 bucks higher than the online store or walmart the only reason im giving them a 1 star is because google wont let me give them a 0 start terrible do not recommend go to the store on bankhead muuuuccchhhhhh better priced and helpful employees
