“I used to teach English at UWG many moons ago, and there was another bookstore nearby, down some stairs and with a shop cat. It was dark and musty, and the insane collection was rather uncurated. Recently I was back in C'ton and discovered this gem. Without a doubt the best bookstore, independent or otherwise, I have found in decades. Despite its small size, full of winners new and classic alike. You may not find what you were looking for, but they can order it and you'll still leave with something wonderful from their stacks. Well curated and great ambiance. I didn't even miss the cat!”
