Great car wash but never answers their phone or emails. My car broke down and I don’t have a way to get to the car wash to tell them to cancel my membership.

The owner is awesome he will come and check to see if the wash was what you expected he'll even help you dry off your car. And the young ladies that help at the front when you come in are super sweet. Love this place.

Love Shinetime! Went through there yesterday and coming out of the car wash, I presume the owner or manager noticed some bugs still left on the front of my vehicle. He took over 5 minutes to scrub the front of my car clean…in GA summer heat…with a smile on his face!. A+ customer service. The rest of the car wash is well stocked, vacuums work great and they have the mat cleaner available for use. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brandon, one of the managers at Shine Time ALWAYS makes my son and I feel welcome. As a mom, I love business that make my son feel welcome and Brandon will always wave and spray my son’s window in a fun way if he is at the front and if he is in the vacuums area, he will come say hi and make sure to tell us to have a blessed night. Brandon is an absolutely amazing employee with an abundance of kindness. Thank you Brandon!

I am an admitted car clean fanatic. I have used tunnel washes all over the country and NONE match the level of service of Shinetime in Carrollton Georgia. I am such a fan both my vehicles are on their monthly plan (awesome deal), and I live in another county. This is a family owned and operated business where customer service is still their number one goal. They are doing it RIGHT.!!!

Awesome! Definitely worth the money and they always have well stocked interior cleaner, fresh scent spray, window cleaner , and cleaning cloths! They get your car looking really good!
