Fantastic experience renting a storage space for my son who attends UWG. The check- in and move-out process was streamlined and so easy. Additionally, they were the politest and friendliest business I’ve dealt with in quite some time!! From easy payment setup and great communication to secure access to a clean and convenient storage space. we highly recommend West GA storage. We will be renting a unit again in near future!

Place was good but I the fact that they prorate the rent to when you store your belongings and don’t do the same when you move them out is a scam to me!

Storage units are all the same. They are only big complexes of small metal buildings no matter where you go. What makes a place great is the staff. I've had a unit a West Ga Self Storage for while and just transferred units to the new facility. Kathleen Levy has answered the phone everytime I've called and has been super polite and professional. My experience has been great. I don't write reviews often, but felt I needed to this time. Thank you for making things easier in the storage world.

Had pleasure of dealing with Cathleen (sp?) A few times. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and provided Remarkable service. Unit was clean and nice, but it was the customer service that impressed me most.

If you need storage in the Simpsonville area, this is the absolute best place. Don’t even bother looking elsewhere. The storage units are highly secure, clean and water tight. They are old shipping containers with double doors. The grounds are secure, and super easy to navigate, even with a large truck. They also offer storage for RVs and campers, but I only used the storage unit. Loren, the site manager, is so amiable and helpful. He goes above and beyond to ensure that you get the best service, as I’ve experienced myself. Not only all this, but the prices are very competitive. Skip the corporate storage places and go to this place where you’ll be treated like a human being instead of a number. I’ve rented numerous storage units over the years and this is by far, the best I’ve even encountered. Simpsonville is lucky to have it, and the owner is lucky to have Loren on site being the customer service representative. Thank you, Loren, for your excellent help!
