always super nice customer service,friendly always answers phone.gate at the facility always works.nice secure lot and cleam units none of our belongs got wet or anything while being store.we downsized our unit after a few months and they gave us no issues told us a smaller unit that was available and soon as we moved our stuff to new unit they changed our rates and thye provided a lock and key both time in a nice goody type bag which to us was super nice

Don’t use this company or pay for the insurance because it’s a waste of money. We had an inside unit that was supposed to have pest control and temp control. We had roaches all in our boxes. We also had mold all over our stuff and multiple pieces of furniture ruined from a leak in their facility but they told the insurance company their was no leak so now I have furniture ruined that I have literally had since I was a toddler (like 27 years) and they aren’t going to pay out for our claim. Will not recommended to anyone their are way better and more professional facilities.

Fantastic experience renting a storage space for my son who attends UWG. The check- in and move-out process was streamlined and so easy. Additionally, they were the politest and friendliest business I’ve dealt with in quite some time!! From easy payment setup and great communication to secure access to a clean and convenient storage space. we highly recommend West GA storage. We will be renting a unit again in near future!

Place was good but I the fact that they prorate the rent to when you store your belongings and don’t do the same when you move them out is a scam to me!
